Hilarious Satire!
The film revolves around a scrap dealer (Annu Kapoor) who becomes rich and starts flaunting his wealth. He changes his wardrobe and tries his level best to adopt a different accent while speaking and expands his business of constructing a chain of toilets all over the city.

THE PLUS POINTS:
It is a hilarious comedy film, also written by director Seema Kapoor. It’s the last film of late Om Puri who, incidentally had worked first time under the direction of his wife Seema Kapoor, who had earlier made her debut film Haat Bazaar which is yet to see the light of the day. Besides catchy music, by Vishal, Raaj-Prakash and Ali Ghani, the film has excellent performances of Annu Kapoor, Brijendra Kala, Kashish, Ulka and Vinay Pathak.

THE MINUS POINTS:
Om Puri has been reduced to be just a sutradhar and his voice over is by Satish Kaushik in the film though he could have been entrusted with a meaty role in the film.

THE VERDICT:
The film could prove to be a slippery walk for the producers of this otherwise well made hilarious satire, which is bound to draw comparisons with the recently released Toilet Ek Prem Katha, though the subject is different.
