The talented actor also bagged an award for his acting chops in Character. He shares, “The film got the Lift India Award in the Best Music category. Any award is a validation and a form of appreciation and acknowledgment. I’ve also been selected for some awards in the Goa festival. I am elated with the response of the audience and am very grateful. The unit has worked hard on this project and I can’t thank everyone enough for showering us with so much love.”

While he is enjoying his time in the world of OTT, the latter has often been accused of resorting to vulgarity in the garb of pushing the envelope. Will he be comfortable baring it all for a series? “I am not comfortable with the idea of bold content. I am focused on becoming a part of good concepts,” replies Ashoka, who featured in a single titled Badhi Hi Mushkil alongside Donal Bisht and in Naina Lage Tose, which was released on Independence Day.
