Pregnant Neha Dhupia plays a pregnant cop in ‘A Thursday’!

#RonnieScrewvala’s #RSVP has finally unveiled the much-awaited look of #NehaDhupia as a pregnant cop from their upcoming direct-to-digital thriller, ‘#AThursday’ with #BlueMonkeyFilms. Directed and written by #BehzadKhambata, the film is based on unthinkable events taking place on A Thursday.

The talented actress will be essaying the role of a pregnant cop, named ACP Catherine Alvarez. Looking all set to be the boss lady that she is off-screen as well, her intriguing character will be something to look out for.

The film encapsulates a story of an intelligent play school teacher, who takes as hostage, 16 toddlers.

The thriller also boasts a star cast in the likes of Yami Gautam, Dimple Kapadia, Atul Kulkarni and Maya Sarao in important roles.

A Thursday is being produced by RSVP Movies and Blue Monkey Films.

RSVP movies have now revealed Maya Sarao’s look for their upcoming direct-to-digital thriller, ‘A Thursday’ with Blue Monkey Films. Directed and written by Behzad Khambata, the film is based on unthinkable events taking place on A Thursday.

Taking to their social media, RSVP movies shared Maya’s look as they wrote, “Reporting live on National Television, knowing that one mistake could cost her everything.

Maya will be playing the role of a journalist reporting live on television as she can be seen in a striped blazer over a pink shirt with hair cut short and watch on her wrist with a serious look on her face.

The film tells the story of an intelligent play school teacher, Naina Jaiswal played by Yami Gautam who takes as hostage, 16 toddlers. Showing Yami in a grey character for the first time, Maya will be seen as a journalist and Neha Dhupia will play the cop.

The producer of A Wednesday, Ronnie Screwvala will be producing A Thursday under RSVP as well as he is always looking to bring new scripts and talents after back to back announcements recently.

This interesting thriller stars a multi talented cast of Yami Gautam, Maya Sarao, Neha Dhupia, Dimple Kapadia and Atul Kulkarni in important roles.

A Thursday, produced by RSVP and Blue Monkey Films, will release digitally in 2021 and commenced shooting recently.

Yami Gautam starrer ‘A Thursday’ will have a digital release

RSVP, 4th announcement, in as many weeks, and Blue Monkey Films announced that their next ‘A Thursday’ too will have a digital release. A Thursday – written and directed by Behzad Khambata has Yami playing the lead. She essays the role of Naina Jaiswal, an intelligent play-school teacher, who on A Thursday does the unthinkable, taking 16 toddlers in a school, hostage. Events go out of control and the public and media scrutiny tear her apart, questioning her sanity and possible reason for the heinous act. Or was there more than meets the eye? On that day, A Thursday, nothing will ever be the same again.
