A con-movie, Choricha Mamla, was released on January 31 In theatres. despite doing good business in the first week, in the second week, the film did not last long due to limited screens offered. When released digitally it received rave reviews on the OTT platform. The film won five awards at the Zee Talkies Comedy Awards.
