The first look and trailer of Hello Knock Knock Kaun Hai, the much‑anticipated suspense thriller from #DayaShetty Productions, were unveiled today at a glittering launch in Mumbai’s western suburbs. Hosted by dialogue writer and lyricist Suhail Abbasi, the event attracted a vibrant mix of film and television personalities, media and enthusiastic fans along with the Local MLA and Ex Minister Hon Aslam Shaikh. The cast and crew shared lively anecdotes from the shoot, while fans queued for selfies, creating a warm, nostalgic buzz for the CID ensemble in attendance.

Produced by Dayanand “Daya” Shetty — beloved by millions for his long‑running role on the television series CID — Hello Knock Knock Kaun Hai marks Shetty’s confident step into feature filmmaking under the Daya Shetty Productions banner. Directed by veteran filmmaker Prabal Baruah, the film promises a taut blend of suspense, drama, mystery and psychological thrills. The ensemble cast includes Aditya Srivastava, Sonali Kulkarni, Barkha Bisht, Zarina Wahab, Lilliput and Saahil Uppal alongside Daya Shetty. The film is slated for release on 7 November.

#PrabalBaruah, the Director, described the suspense‑thriller as an ideal canvas for layered storytelling and atmospheric tension. Daya Shetty, the actor who doubles up as a Producer said, “ With such a gripping narrative, it was natural for me to back up this project and I am quite satisfied with the outcome”.

Presented by veteran Movie Trade Analyst Girish Wankhede, Hello Knock Knock Kaun Hai’ will be distributed by UFO Moviez, with Pankaj Jai Singh representing the company at the launch. Girish Wankhede — who brings extensive experience in film marketing and brand collaborations, including roles in cinema exhibition and promotions — outlined strategic plans to boost the film’s visibility across traditional and digital platforms.

Bollywood star Gajraj Rao of ‘Badhaai Ho’ fame and Daya Shetty of ‘CID’ serial fame came specially for the inauguration of Fab Cut Unisex Salon in Oshiwara.
