Amrita expressed that RJ Anmol would show his love for her by playing Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein, her favorite song whenever he knew that Amrita was listening to the radio. Little did they know, this same song played a significant role in the budding romance between Neil and Aishwarya.

Neil and Aishwarya’s story began on the sets of a mock shoot for Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein before the lockdown. However, fate had more in store for them as they reconnected after the lockdown and developed a strong friendship while working together on the show. Despite their growing affection, the couple kept their relationship under wraps until one surprising moment when they announced their engagement with a simple #Roka post on Instagram, leaving everyone stunned.

The duo also candidly shared the lessons they gleaned from their past breakups while shedding light on this new journey.

Aishwarya Sharma says that she eats chocolates to perk up her mood

“Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein” actress Aishwarya Sharma feels mental health is as important as physical health, but is ignored the most. She feels people don’t understand a good mental health can do wonders, and a poor one can lead to disasters.

“Like our body needs rest after a long day, so does our mind. You need to sleep with a clear mind and shouldn’t have any emotional or mental baggage the next day. Mental health is as important as physical health, but unfortunately, nobody cares about it. I know it’s a little difficult to understand especially in our country where mental health is still considered a hush-hush topic. But honestly, people need to understand that more than our physical health, our mental health needs to be fine. If you have a body ache, you can take medicine, rest for a while and you will feel better. But for the well-being of your mental health, you need to talk it out,” she said.

“We live in a place where we constantly being judged, so it’s difficult to share all your feelings with someone, but you can at least talk to your best friends or someone whom you trust completely. And if that doesn’t work, you can write all your thoughts in a diary. Good, bad, worst, whatever you feel, you can write it all there. Or if you are not into writing, type it on your phone and delete it, but before doing so, read it twice, it will definitely solve your problem,” she added.

The “Meri Durga” actress said that she eats chocolates to perk up her mood, and added, “I also watch my favourite shows, especially sitcoms like “Friends” or “The Big Bang Theory”, and I feel all better. And I suggest others to do so too. I believe if you have negative thoughts in your mind, don’t push more negativity by listening to sad songs, or watching sad movies etc. You must listen to dance numbers or good, funny shows, and trust me it will lift up your mood in no time.”

Aishwarya also asserted that if your mental health is good, you can achieve whatever you want. “I feel if you are fit mentally, then you can for whatever you want. A fit and healthy mind can do wonders. But if your mind is full of useless thoughts then even if you want to you will not be able to focus on your work. So get rid of that emotional and mental baggage as soon as you can,” she concluded.

Actor Aishwarya Sharma is partial to her dancing than acting

“I have done Visharad in Kathak. It is a six-year-course, I have done it from Khairagarh University, Chhattisgarh. Dance for me is freedom of expression. It clears my mind. I can dance anywhere. Whenever I hear beats, my body just starts dancing. It is my first love and will always be,” she actor Aishwarya Sharma.

Actor Aishwarya Sharma, who is best known as Pakhi of the popular show Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein, has wooed the audience with her acting prowess. However, not many are aware that she is a trained classical dancer too. The versatile star spills beans on her love for dancing.

However, this doesn’t mean that her dedication towards her craft of acting is any less. Recalling how the acting bug got to her, Aishwarya says, “I don’t remember exactly when I realised that I want to be an actor but I used to do a lot of mimicry of my faculty members and friends in my school and college days and a lot of people used to tell me that I should try acting. I used to read a lot of celebrity interviews and something always told me that I should do it but then I never said it at home. Then after engineering, I just happened to tell my father that I want to do something in that field, and it was him who told me that I should get into acting. I am so grateful to him for saying that and I till date thank God for giving me such an amazing father.”

The young star made her first television appearance with the show Code Red, however, it was only with the show Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanuman’s character of Jamwanthi that she became a regular household name. If there is one character which really fascinated her, it is that of filmmaker Aanand L Rai’s film Tanu Weds Manu Returns.

“I want to play the role of Danto, from Tanu Weds Manu Returns, which Kangana Ranaut played. A tomboyish character. Also, I want to play a psychopath character. I really want to play challenging characters,” she shares.
