Unusual locations, never explored before, are being identified to offer a fresh experience to the audience. Ramoji Film City, the largest studio in Asia, will play a significant role in the film’s narrative.

The film boasts a total of 35 locations, including both outdoor and indoor spots, as well as real locations. A set depicting Bihar’s backdrop is being planned in Ramoji Film City, where a special local dance is being recorded and choreographed.

Furthermore, a fusion song blending modern and traditional dance styles is in the works, with Divya Khossla overseeing its training.

For cinematography, the latest cameras such as Alexa LF and Sony Venice, paired with Signature Prime lenses, are being considered. Additionally, cutting-edge lighting equipment like the Sky Panel X will be utilized. The actors have also been given Telugu dialogues for language training. They are all enthusiastically and diligently working on mastering them, showcasing their dedication to the project. An original acting studio in Hyderabad, a highly popular one, is being approached to incorporate its students and professors into the film.

The studio will also serve as a workshop location for actors and scenes.

In an ironic turn of events, on the same day as the release of Music School, a film that highlights the societal and parental pressure of academics on students, the reports of the suicide of six students in Hyderabad have come to light.

As the CBSE results for class 12th were out on Friday, six students in different instances in Hyderabad, Telangana and Nizamabad committed suicide succumbing to the pressure and harassment of parents/ teachers for scoring less marks.

Music school, a multi-lingual musical by Ilaiyaraaja and directed and produced by IAS officer turned filmmaker Paparao Biyyala, is an entertaining narration of the grave and sensitive subject of academic pressure on students by parents, teachers and society, against the encouragement towards performing arts. The film traces the story of a drama and music teacher played by Sharman Joshi and Shriya Saran respectively struggling to put together a musical play of The Sound of Music with a bunch of kids, fighting against the restraints of the parents and teachers.

Talking about the case, director Paparao Biyyala shares, “It is extremely unfortunate to witness a young kid with great potential lose his life due to the set standards and expectations of the society. Our film Music School voices the same concerns, promoting parents, teachers and society at large to ensure the over-all well being and development of the kids.”

Music School is currently successfully running in theatres across three languages- Hindi, Telugu and Tamil.

He thought it was very glamorous, tempinting as an industry and he wanted us to be as normal as possible, he did not want us to know that we had a superstar father and to take it for granted that it would all come easy for us. Whatever he did was right as till today, I am able to pay my EMIs and keep it going and I am doing well because of his upbringing and the way he was.”

On RRR he says that, “RRR is a platform where this journey is going to come. It’s a way of achieving what all the hardworking directors and people in the movie industry in India wanted to see for the last 85 years. The final goal is to be recognized on a world platform.”

On the historic Oscar Nomination, he says that, “All the people that I am talking about, even they don’t know what this will be doing for our country. You cannot comprehend the result of this day. It is emotional for all of us. It is emotional for my dad who is waiting there. Before taking my flight, he was so sentimental that I was coming here. In 154 films he has done and 42 years he has been working, he has been to the Oscars in the 80s and that too for an appearance, and that also he felt was a huge achievement. But today we have been nominated and in the list and now waiting. He told me the value for it as younger actors, we don’t know the value of this so early in our career but he knows the value and I truly believe, that we are praying for this for everyone in India too, not just actors but its like India winning an Olympic gold medal, I do not run but I only the feeling when my Indian sportsperson holds that medal, The Oscars is like an Olympic Gold medal equivalent for us.”
