In the wee hours of World Health Day, there celebrities gathered at the Gateway of India in Mumbai. Commonwealth heavyweight champion Sangram Singh, who is also the icon of Fit India of Central Sports Ministry, arrived to give the message of staying healthy to the countrymen specially the younger generation.

Sangram Singh’s fitness is not hidden from anyone. And there are millions of his fans who take inspiration from this young man. Along with them, Environment and Tourism Minister Aditya Thackeray came to encourage those gathered. Together, Sangram Singh along with Aaditya Thackaray shared his thoughts on true fitness and tips to stay healthy with the younger generation who responded enthusiastically. He spoke of how sports leads to mental, physical, social and spiritual development.
