Fit body is an essential ‘commodity’ in the entertainment field. During lockdown all the Gyms and fitness centres were forced to close down. Many actors felt miserable for ot being able to work out in the Gyms. But now, Gyms, fitness centres have opened in Mumbai and all fitness loving community is happy. Actors say that while this is a good thing, proper precautions need to be in place. Tele-stars breathe a sigh of relief as Gymnasiums now are allowed to operate.

Shamin Mannan: I am usually not a gym person, but I am happy that gyms and fitness centres are opening. This means that I can resume my yoga classes which have been closed for many months. Other than yoga, I usually run outdoors and do some functional training at home. But I think it’s very important for the gyms and fitness centres to maintain strict hygiene and social distancing as the equipment there is shared by everyone.

Angad Hasija: Gyms are very important for actors and for everyone because if we will be fit than our immunity will be strong. So people can start going to the gym but with proper precautions. The gyms that are opening will be maintaining social distancing. They are not allowing too many people at a same time. Whenever I workout, I sanitize all the gym equipment’s like weights.

Subuhii Joshii: Not only for actors, I think it is breather for a lot of people who are into fitness. I am definitely going to go the gym. I have been waiting for it since a very long time. I have lost so many kgs during the lockdown but now I am a little frustrated and tired of working out at home. So I am really looking forward for the gyms to open. Yes, I am a little concerned that people will use the same machine and everything. But the gym I go to, that has more of functional training and they make you workout using your own body weight. They don’t take more than 10 people in a class and everyone will maintain social distancing. So it’s going to be fine. If corona is still going on, we have to learn to live with it. So I am really looking forward to it.

Vijayendra Kumeria: I am quite comfortable with the idea of working out at home. I have started enjoying body weight exercises which build muscle endurance and strength. With gyms being functional, I am still a little sceptical and have my doubts if it will be hygienic to use the space and equipment that a lot of people will be using. I will like to wait and watch before I step in a gym.

Aniruddh Dave: People have made good bodies during the lockdown by working out at home. I think we should wait for some more time before going to the gym. It may increase the risk of contracting the virus. I am worried and am spending my time in home gym.

Delnaaz Irani: I don’t go to a gym anyway. My routine involves is daily walks in the parks.

Kunal Thakkur: I dont feel it’s so important to go the gym in these times. Safety is the priority and I feel we should wait a little more. There are many other ways of exercising like running, yoga, functional training so why take a chance.

Dhruvee Haldankar: I have a home gym and I usually set out for a run or walk. It’s good that the gyms are starting because the fitness industry can stand back on feet and is a sign of relief for them.

Rishina Kandhari: It definitely is a good thing for actors who are fitness enthusiasts, but centers should only open on 30 percent occupancy at a time instead of to be open for all . So that they get time to sanitise the machines n the place for precautionary reasons . I personally will not go the such closed public places with air conditioners for a lil while… Woking out with a mask on is lil difficult for me.

Vikas Sethi: I am really looking forward to the gyms opening. While I have been skipping and been on a healthy diet, gyms opening will be a great relief. This will bring in a much needed routine in such difficult times.

Rohit Choudhary: This is good news for all the fitness freaks as me. But as I am delhi, gyms have been open here since a while. I would like to advice gym owners to keep a proper slot system and the members should carry a towel and a mask. As a actor, it is a relief but everyone should be very careful. Gym owners and members should maintain proper social distancing and take all the precautions. 100 percent I will go for workout in the gym.

Aneesha Madhok: I have an hourglass body and I can do cart wheels with full split. I never go to the gym. Even before Coronavirus, I never went to gyms because I think that we need to experience life fully in nature and exercise in the open. Instead of relying on gym equipment, we should rely on our body weight. As an actor, I feel going to the gym is a waste of time. We are athletes of the heart and building muscle is not our job. Instead we should dance and play sports. I play tennis, golf, soccer, I swim, I do ballet and belly dancing.

Jhanvi Sethi: As a founder of the MyZindagi Foundation, I am really looking to gyms opening. A healthy mind is also a reflection of healthy body. Yes there will be an initial apprehension about the machines but it’s a welcome change to get back in form.

Rajit Dev: I think it was very important to still take care of ourselves and protect ourselves from the virus. As this is going to be the new normal and things are going to stay this way. It’s good news that the gyms are going be open . Not only for actors, there was a lot of common people who used to hit the gym just to stay fit. Fitness makes a person not only fit but it gives one lot more confidence and energy in everyday life . I know the sweat part is going to be very crucial. The gym administrators should take proper care with good sanitisation and even the number of people should be kept minimal. I think more than the gym guys, we should be more careful and take things seriously like wiping with sanitizers after using each machine.

Bhavesh Kumar: Well, I didn’t miss my workout even during the lockdown. I was working out at my home. But it’s good that gyms are opening for all those people who couldn’t work out.

Akshit Sukhija: Reopening the gym is a breather for every actor, especially me, because I am very lazy when it comes to working out, especially going to gym. But in February end, I told myself that I have to go and workout because I haven’t worked out since the past 2 years. As I started going to the gym, the lockdown happened in March. I was working out at home but it was not great and I was literally praying that the gym should reopen so I could get back into shape. I am going to the gym on the 25th only.

Urvashi Upadhyay Sharle: I am so happy that gyms are reopening. But it is important that people make sure to take precautions so that there is less risk. It will be scary in the beginning but as people see that all precautions are in place, they will realise that it’s okay to go to the gym.

Khushbhoo Kamal: The gyms are going to open and this is a big relief. I was working out at home and sometimes it got quite boring to workout at same place. The kind of atmosphere you get at the gym, that you don’t get at home. I am looking forward to starting my workout at the gym and would love to experience the new normal. I will see the safety measures taken by the gym owners and after that I will decide that I will continue or not. It is very difficult to trust other people at the gym. I can just hope that the gym owners take proper precautions.

Sucheeta Trivedi: We can’t escape this virus for long. We will go to work, we will travel in the city for various reasons, we will fly, go shopping. Life has to come back to normal. The challenge is the volume of people we have in India specially. The time has come to mend our ways and to have discipline and decency just like the Japanese. It’s all about patience and not skipping the que. Wait for your turn.

Rajshri Rani: It is a good things that gyms are reopening as it will be a good change for people. However, we all have to be very careful. It is important to carry our own sanitisers and masks so that we can be very sure.

Pranitaa Pandit: It is actually a good thing and bad thing that they are reopening fitness centers because of the chance of the virus spreading is going to increase a lot, especially by using the same equipment that can hold the virus for long time. So one has to be really careful and take all the precautions. I am sure a bunch of actors is going to be very happy for going back to the gym but at the same we all have got used to alternatives workout regimes. I will not be going to the gym. I will continue my yoga and going for a walk.

Kettan Singh: It is a welcome change definitely for actors and public in general. I am not going to be heading to the Gym. I have developed a home workout schedule during the lock down, so I will stick to it for some time. Of course, the gym management will take care of sanitizing the area but I seriously don’t wish to risk it.

The post Tele-stars breathe a sigh of relief as Gymnasiums now are allowed to operate first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

Web series have today gained more prominence than even some TV shows and Kunal Thakkur says that he is happy to be part of one. The actor, who had taken a backseat from TV to launch his dream project Tennis Premier League, will be seen in a brand new tech thriller web series Escape Live. “The web series I am currently shooting for is called Escape Live, which will stream on Disney Hotstar. I have learnt an all-new approach and have thoroughly enjoyed the process of prep, staging and reading. It’s a tech thriller which also stars Siddharth of Rang De Basanti fame, Javed Jafferi, Waluscha Dsousa and Shweta Tripathi. It’s a very novel and fresh concept and I am very excited to be part of it. It’s a very interesting show based on today’s times and the social media craze,” he says.

The actor loves working for the web. “In television, we actors don’t get so much time to prep. Here, we had multiple reading and staging sessions wherein every little detailing was looked into, right from the costumes to the set. Everything is authentic and real,” he says.

In fact, Kunal wants to be part of more web series. “I wish to do more of web series and would love to play a grey character like that of Kevin Spacey in House of Cards which is my favourite show of all time,” he says.

He is happy to be back in front of the camera. “The best part about being in front of the camera is that you get to be so many people in just one lifetime. I think that’s what drew me to acting. Like I said earlier, you get to be all the things you are actually not, which is amazing. I am a good boy in real life and I get to discover other facets of my personality while acting. So, I would say being able to express is the biggest plus of best an actor,” he says.

The post Kunal Thakkur would love to play a grey character like that of Kevin Spacey in ‘House of Cards‘ first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

How we all miss those carefree and innocent childhood days, and those memories that we created. But then there are some memories which are so deeply etched in our hearts that even a thought of it brings a smile to our face. So with Children’s Day being celebrated on Saturday (November 14), celebs share their fondest childhood memory, read on:

Savi Thakur: There is one naughty memory of my childhood which I want to share. I went to a park one day, and there was a girl who was eating a bar of chocolate, I asked her to give me a bite, and when she refused I bit her on her cheeks.

Avinash Mukherjee: It was my seventh or eighth birthday, I woke up around 7 p.m. and I was sad as there was no party planned. As a child, you expect gifts on your birthday, and I used to live with my grandparents so when I woke up in the evening, I went for a shower and when I came back I saw all my friends there, my grandparents had planned a surprise birthday for me.

Sucheeta Trivedi: My fondest memory would be going with my father to his mill in Mulund and Byculla. It was a flour mill with the ceiling at a height of 20 feet.

Ajay Singh Chaudhary: My father’s family is from a farming background, so whenever we visited our village we used to do all desi things, like eat ghee, take a bath at the tube well, and play a lot of games, that is my fondest memory.

Akshit Sukhija: During school, we all used to enjoy going for a picnic but waking up in the morning on regular days was something very annoying but on the picnic day I used to wake up happily with a smiling face. And once we were taken to the Parle-G factory. That is my fondest childhood memory.

Ayush Gupta: My fondest memory is whenever my dad stepped out of the house I used to trouble him a lot and would ask him to take me along. I miss that stubborn behaviour.

Oye Kunaal: My fondest memory would be when I went on a school trip to Manali and that was memorable.

Sohail Shaikh: The fondest memory of my childhood is I have a hill near my house so every Sunday I would go there with my brother, and collect items like leaves, stem or any natural and unique things which I found there and then I would make a craft item with all that. I used to make remote control motorboats with all the broken items. I used to make new things from the old ones.

Suraj Kakkar: My fondest memory is staying after school for a long time and exploring the whole school.

Rajshri Rani: I remember during summer vacation I went to Bua’s place and I have two elder brothers there. Once they promised to take me to a park, when we reached the gate they said that won’t take me inside, so I started crying and when I saw a bunch of people, I raised my volume and they started asking me whether I know them or not then I again started crying, then my brothers started to console me. That is my fondest memory.

Rohit Choudhary: I don’t think it’s a fond memory, but it’s an innocent memory. As a kid, I used to stand in line outside a temple near our house to get prasad. But one day my father got to know about it and he scolded us. This memory is very close to me because it reminds me of the innocence of a child.

Pranitaa Pandit: When I was six years old there was a dance performance where I was about to perform Kathak and on the same day I got a bad fever and I thought I cannot do it but somehow my mom really motivated me to dance and I actually ended up dancing with 102 fever, and I did well, it made me feel so good.

Nishant Singh Malkhani: My fondest memory would be playing cricket with my younger brother. I was an overprotective brother, and even if he was out, I would side with him and say he is not.

Saanand Verma: I used to sell books when I was eight years old and used to travel out of Patna for it. When I used to get enough money I used to go to sweet shops and eat lots of sweets. So my fondest memory is eating sweet.

Srishti Jain: Spending summers with my cousins at Nana and Nani’s house is my fondest memory. They would make ice candies, pizza, and everything that we liked and they played board games and cards with us. My Nani makes amazing aam ki barfi. Also one of the fondest memories of my life is when my little sister came into this world! I was 10 and she was the most beautiful baby! Growing up with her was the best part of my childhood!

Kunal Thakkur: My grandfather owned a theatre in Mumbai and he would take me in his lap to watch all the movies first-day first show. The highlight for me would be sitting in the projection room with curious eyes and enjoying the wonders of cinema.

The post Tele Celebs share their childhood memories on Children’s Day first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

Diwali is around the corner but due to Covid-19, the celebrations are a bit low key this year. Here is how these actors are celebrating their Diwali this year, despite corona pandemic threat.

Urvashi Uphadhyay Sharle: Diwali is a festival of positivity and I am hoping everything will be sometime soon. We will not be bursting any crackers this year as we have to be very careful about our environment, already the virus has had a bad impact on us. So, my Diwali will be with diyas and rangoli and, of course, some nice sweets.

Sharad Malhotra : As a child, for me, the significance of Diwali was just bursting crackers and binging on some Rosogollas and moti choor ladoos. This year too, like last year, I will be having Laxmi Puja at home and post that we will be decorating my new house with diyas and maybe some rangoli too. We also might indulge in preparing some traditional Indian sweets and Indian cuisine too.

Savi Thakur: I love Diwali. This is my favourite festival. I have no plans this year, to be very honest. I have not celebrated Diwali the way I used to since I came here. For me, Diwali is a festival that is celebrated with the whole family and I feel sad because I miss home. All I do is laxmi Poojan and a little bit of shopping. Earlier, I used to roam around with my friends. In Himachal, the markets would be decked up and you would meet all your friends there. Everyone would come to your house, too, on this day. This is what I really miss. In Mumbai this year, I don’t know if anyone will come home or we will go out because people are still scared of Corona.

Vivian Dsena : I will celebrate only with my family this time. We all should do this and just wish our friends and relatives on the phone. It is really risky to invite anyone or visit anyone’s place during this pandemic. I will buy all the necessary things for Diwali pooja, lights and all and decorate my home with lights and divas. I will definitely avoid crackers and meeting friends and relatives due to Covid 19. I will be going to Ujjain, my hometown like every year but will make sure to take all precautions while travelling.

Kunal Thakkur : Diwali is still going to be the same. I am going to decorate my house just like I do every year. I am going to make a rangoli with my wife. We have had a couple of sad months being stuck in the house and not doing anything. I think I want to bring a little extra positivity and happiness in my house. I am going to invite my immediate family and friends who have been visiting me. We will do the basic ritual that we always do because we are not going to let our Diwali suffer because of Covid -19.

The post Celebs won’t let Corona dampen our Diwali spirits first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

It’s considered auspicious to buy valuables on Dhanteras. As Dhanteras is round the corner, these actors have already planned what to buy on that auspicious day.

Vijayendra Kumeria: It’s has been a ritual for us to buy a gold coin every year. We consider it to be auspicious and we will do the same this year. It’s not from the point of view of investment though, it’s more sentimental. This is something we have been doing for years and shall continue in the future.

Srishti Jain: My birthday is approaching and usually on my birthday, my father gifts me a gold coin. It’s like our little ritual! He’s always been someone who has guided me to build a future and taught me to make the right investments. So, this is his way of contributing to my future and I think it’s super special! I will be getting a gold coin from my papa. Dhanteras is the worship of Lord Dhanvantari. He is considered to be the Vaidya of Gods. He imparted the knowledge of Ayurveda to mankind for the betterment of health and life. For me, that’s the biggest significance of this day. I believe in Ayurveda, if I start talking about it, I won’t stop! But let’s just say this transformation in the lockdown happened with the help of Ayurveda. It’s the knowledge of medicine that the gods passed on to the sages and then to the human physicians. I think that is something mankind should be thankful for as well on Dhanteras.

Rajshri Rani: I always buy something on Dhanteras. It is supposed to be auspicious.. but this Dhanteras is really important for me as after 6 days of Dhanteras, I will be getting married. So this time, I am going to buy at least a necklace with earrings.

Kunal Thakkur: Dhanteras has always been an auspicious day for me. I usually try and buy something in gold for my mom. This year I am actually looking for a new house and hope to seal the deal on this day. It will be my Dhanteras gift to my wife, for me, Dhanteras is the start of Diwali, a great time to buy new things and head towards positivity and prosperity.

Prateek Rana: I am not planning to buy any gold or silver item for Dhanteras, like every year. This year I will also buy some food and clothes for the needy and help them to make their Diwali happy. People buy gold and silver items on Dhanteras but I think if we fill someone’s day with happiness, then that will be our biggest gift for Dhanteras. I will go out on Dhanteras and find the needy or beggars, take them with me in Mc Donalds or whatever they prefer and spend my day with them and give them gifts. I feel really satisfied when they smile and hug me.

Meera Deosthale: For Dhanteras, my mom loves buying gold every year and she makes sure we go out and buy gold coin or some kind of jewellery for her or me. The entire feel of Diwali is all about bringing positivity, light in your house. On Dhanteras, we do puja of all the things we have like our car or whatever jewellery we have.

Ajay Chaudhary: Every Dhanteras, I buy a gold coin or silver coin for everyone. This time, I am thinking of buying something for my wife. During my childhood, my mom used to buy gold or silver or some utensils and that tradition is still going on. Coins are a ritual to buy, but apart from that, whatever my mother and wife like, I try to give it to them.

Delnaaz Irani: Every Dhanteras, I go to my regular jewellers but I don’t what’s going to happen this year. I just pick up a gold coin as it is a shagun and if I feel to need to pick up some gold for myself, I do that as well. But this year, it’s only going to be small gold coin as that’s been a ritual since childhood.

Rohit Choudhary: The meaning of Dhanteras to me is Amrit. So, according to me, Dhanteras is to spread love and positivity and that is Amrit to me.

Pranitaa Pandit: Every year, I plan to buy something on Dhanteras, be it a small gold coin or sometime something big. But I always make it a point to buy something. This year actually I was planning to my husband a new phone and buy some nice gold thing for my daughter. This Dhanteras is special because I will buy not one thing but two things for my two special people.

Karwa Chauth will be observed on Wednesday (November 4). On this day, wives fast for the long life of their husbands and pray for their well-being. Quite recently, even husbands have started to keep the fast to support their wives. So, let’s see how these actors are going to celebrate this festival.

Pranitaa Pandit: I am excited about Karwa Chauth both on-screen and off-screen. This festival is very significant to a married woman and it is a day when all of us come together and pray and cherish how blessed we are. My husband and I keep the fast together. It is a lot of fun and we plan our day together. We don’t eat or have water, and then from evening onwards I get dressed and meet other people and we pray together. The most beautiful part is that we break the fast together. The best gift that my husband and I have given each other is our daughter Anysha, and that is something I am going to be celebrating this year. What I am going to get on Karwa Chauth is a surprise for me.

Urvashi Upadhyay Sharle: I have heard that a lot of people do Karwa Chauth before getting married too, but I started doing it after my marriage. I am from Gujarat and the people there don’t follow this festival, but I started doing it after my wedding and I was very excited in my first year. I didn’t know much about it then other than what I saw on-screen. I have been doing it for eleven years now. I feel every festival and fast has its importance, and our country is full of festivals. I feel since Valentine’s Day is not an Indian thing, Karwa Chauth is Valentine’s Day for married couples. I love all the rituals, and I enjoy preparing for it. Every Karwa Chauth my husband gets a surprise for me, so let’s see what it is this year.

Angad Hasija: I kept our first Karwa Chauth as a couple, after that I couldn’t. I always wake up with my wife for Sargi. I love Vermicelli kheer and I have that with her. Seeing my wife do this every year is always an overwhelming feeling for me. Imagine she doesn’t even sip water just for my long life. My wife doesn’t believe in materialistic stuff, so I make sure I always take an off on Karwa Chauth and be by her side. I will do the same this year too and will also get some beautiful roses for my lovely wife.

Ajay Singh Chaudhary: This year we will not be able to go out for dinner, so we will make something at home. My wife cooks well and I have learned to make desserts, so our dinner is sorted. I wake up early every year with my wife and help her with Sargi. Every year I give her something and I give her whatever she wants. But I like to surprise her too, and it’s still a surprise. Mostly, I try to keep the fast with my wife, and this year too I will keep it. I got to know about the festival through my mom. I believe in Karwa Chauth and it’s a great feeling to do something for each other. It also shows the dedication and care that we have for our relationship.

Savi Thakur: This will be our first Karwa Chauth and we both are excited about it. We haven’t planned anything yet, because I have been shooting continuously. I want to wake up early, but I know she will not let me because she feels that I should have a sound sleep and go for the shoot without any stress. I don’t think she will let me keep the fast too. I will try to make her happy and will ask my family about the rituals etc. because we are not aware of it. As far as gifts are concerned, I have something special planned for her. This festival is very important for me because I have grown up hearing about the stories of Karwa Chauth, so I am quite excited about it.

Vijayendra Kumeria: I will be home this time the whole day with my wife as I am not shooting for any projects, any meetings too will have to wait as I intend to spend the whole day with her. I do get up early for Sargi, the reason being I like to make sure that Preeti eats something and drinks a good amount of water before the fast begins. It’s going to be a traditional shagun, cash is the best gift. She can buy what she likes or save it. I do not keep fast as I become a cranky person if I do it. I have a lot of respect for all the ladies who do this festival. For me, Karwa Chauth signifies the strength, sacrifice, and love that women have within them. They do difficult things with ease. The traditional significance everyone knows.

Sharad Malhotra: This year for Karwa Chauth I intend to wake up early and help my wife with the Sargi rituals. Since, Karwa Chauth fasting is observed by the married women, from sunrise to moonrise for the safety and longevity of their husbands, it would be unfair if I don’t take the day off to be with her and that too without eating a morsel. A festival that my mother and sister, both have been religiously celebrating after they got married and now I see my wife participating with the same amount of zeal and passion. I would like to give her my time, love, and some nice pair of earrings, too that she could wear on the day itself.

Amit Sarin: What amazes me is to see that even after living here in LA for three years now, Vineesha still celebrates Karwa Chauth the same way when she was in India. She fasts, doesn’t have water, etc. I told her so many times that she doesn’t need to do this but she maintains to live and follow the tradition. No, I don’t fast as she does but this year I’m thinking of joining her to the same as what she does for me! The significance of believing in our traditions, values, and feelings behind it.

Aniruddh Dave: This is our fifth Karwa Chauth. My wife Shubhi has kept the fast once even before we got married. She is very particular about the rituals and festivals. I always wake up with her for the Sargi, and will do the same this year too. And I have a special something planned for her, hopefully, she will like it.

Arjun Bijlani: I have been married for many years and every year my wife keeps Karwa Chauth for my long and healthy life. I ensure that I am home on time on that day and spend time with her. She’s a stabilizing factor in my life. Karwa Chauth has been a traditional festival that is made in society for the well being of couples.

Kunal Thakkur: This is the first year that we are going to celebrate Karwa Chauth. I wouldn’t let my wife keep the fast all these years as I feel paranoid about her not eating and drinking water all day, but this time she is adamant. Yes, it’s just two of us at home so I will be waking up on behalf of my mom to help her out with Sargi. My wife gets happy with only one gift and that is travel, so I am going to book our next holiday for December. I will be refraining from food but I am not sure if I will be able to manage without water as I will be shooting then. My wife, Namrata is a TV writer and she has been writing her Karwa Chauth special episodes all these years, so she keeps telling me about the fascinating stories behind this festival like that of queen Veervati. I feel that all our festivals apart from having some religious significance have logical reasoning behind it, as I feel back in the day when a newly-married girl would feel left out in her new home, festivals like this would bond her with the other women of the family. I think Karwa Chauth is a festival that keeps the romance alive in a couple.

The post Tele-Celeb’s Karwa Chauth plans first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

Shah Rukh Khan is all set to turn a year older on the 2nd of November. Television actors send their best to the superstar as the ‘SRK Birthday Week’ is going on. All of them wish King Khan all the luck in the world.

Aneesha Madhok: Shah Rukh Khan is a success because he knows how to love! I think that the King Khan was born to spread love and people fell in love with his romance on screen. From what I see, he’s a wonderful father and husband. I respect him for making his kids get educated at reputable universities. His son was at my university in Los Angeles. The University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts was in the University of Southern California, where I went too. Om Shanti Om is my favourite film. I first saw it when I was 11 years old and since then I’ve been re-watching it from time to time. A very happy birthday to the smart, humorous and talented SRK. India loves him!! I love him mucho (a lot in Spanish).️ since Spanish is a romantic language, I want to say “te amo mucho (I love you) SRK and happy birthday”

Vikas Sethi: What really stands out for me is DDLJ, it’s my all-time favourite. The most admirable quality about him is that he is consistent and persistent. I wish the big Baadshah of Bollywood the happiest 55th and a splendid year ahead!

Jhanvi Sethi: I have always been a big fan of Shahrukh Khan all my life. My all-time favourite is DDLJ. I think what I admire about him is the fact that he is so committed and consistent for decades. Happy 55th birthday to SRK and wish him a beautiful year ahead!

Saanand Verma: No one can be like Shahrukh Khan and one most important thing is that he was not so big initially but he worked hard to become the Badshah of the industry. His body language, dedication is unimaginable. His mind is very sharp and he was the first one who bought an IPL team and then later, other stars bought teams. He is a trendsetter and in his song Rukh Jaa o Dil Deewane, his energy is amazing. He started from TV with the serials Circus and Fauji and since that time people likes him so much. I always followed and admired him. The work he has done in the movie Darr is unbelievable. I think it is one of the finest movies. My personal favourite is Chak De! India because the energy level is so high in the film.

Savi Thakur: First of all, happy birthday Shah Rukh Khan sir, may you live a 100 years. Lots of love . My best wishes for your upcoming project. I think his positive attitude and confidence makes him shine brighter than other stars .. he is a gentleman and that’s why we call him the Baadshah of Bollywood. He is an inspiration for many of us (actors) because we know all about his journey of becoming King Khan. He has given great hits to Bollywood and it’s very tough to name just one. I love Devdas. He was fantastic in that movie, I have watched it so many times

Kunal Thakkur: I feel Shahrukh is and will always remain the Baadshah of Romance…its pure bad luck that even after trying all different genres, his last few films did not work. I feel it’s just a matter of time and he will soon be back to the top of the game. His energy and aura, along with his expressive eyes, make him the king of Bollywood. I am really inspired by the way he has achieved so much considering the fact that he started his career from television. DDLJ is my favourite Shahrukh film and I must have seen it over 30 times.

Angad Hasija: Whenever I see Shahrukh Khan, I get motivated because he is very focused, his vibes are very good. I have worked with him a bit in Star Parivar Awards. When he came to the sets and met everybody, it was a totally different experience. It seemed like he is speaking right from his heart. When I met him for the first time, he spoke to me so nicely. He motivated everyone. His way of working is amazing and we can learn many things from him.

Suraj Kakkar: First of all, I love Shahrukh Khan, I am a Shahrukh fan. Secondly, he realised much early in life what the audiences want. People love him so much and he has respected and maintained all that love. He always bows his head in front of his fans despite his huge stardom. He loves his fans so much. He has given us such legendary films. The last few films of his haven’t worked but people still love him, it’s not anyway going to affect his stardom and career. His fans love him for what he is and that’s what makes him the Badshah of Bollywood. His dedication, the way he maintains his personality is amazing. I love his Kal Ho Naa Ho! I have watched it multiple times with my family.

The post Happy Birthday SRK, television stars wish their favourite superstar first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

Kunal Thakkur, who had taken a back seat from television to launch his dream project, Tennis Premier League, is back to facing the camera. He is back on the sets with the tech thriller Escaype Live which is going to stream on Disney Hotstar. He was last seen in TV show Pyar Tune Kya Kiya and Himesh Reshamiyaa film Xpose.

Kunal, who has also set up his tennis academies all over Mumbai, was quoted saying “My hands are full so I need to pick work that is really worth my time. When a project like this comes your way it’s hard to resist.”

The mega starrer show has Siddharth Suryanarayan of Rang De Basanti fame and Shweta Tripathi who has been seen in Mirzapur and Massan. The outdoor shoot is currently underway and the show is being shot outside Mumbai on a grand scale.

Kunal, who has done a lot of theatre in his early days and worked closely with makers like Vishal Bharadwaj, is really passionate about acting and is excited to be part of this. “The energy on the set is great and I have most of my scenes with Siddharth, Javed Jaffery and Waluscha D Sousa. Our producer-director Siddharth Kumar Tewary is great fun to work with but is a taskmaster at the same time,” he says.

Meanwhile Kunal is multitasking and is gearing up for the season 3 of TPL (along with actor Mrunal Jain) which was inaugurated by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and is going super strong with celebrity team owners like Leander Paes, Sonali Bendre, Rakul Preet Singh, Aditi Rao Hydari and Divya Khosla Kumar. On being asked about OTT he says, “The content is very relatable and real and there is huge audience base for it”. On being asked if you will do intimate scenes in a web series, “No because of my sports background and the business I am in I can’t do. There is a certain image I need to maintain among my students and associates.”

The post Kunal Thakkur debuts web series with a tech thriller, ‘Escaype Live’ first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

The current season of Bigg Boss is underway and this season is different because not only do we get to see 14 amazing players but also three ex-contestants who we loved watching earlier. This year, there are ex-contestants Siddharth Shukla, Hina Khan and Gauahar Khan also staying in the house. Actor Kunal Thakur says that this a brilliant idea. “I think it was a great idea and it’s a treat for the audience to see them again. The tasks also involve the seniors and this is great. There is more interaction and entertainment between them this way. The contestants are talking time to open up. They are still planning and exploring the way they can play the game. After watching so many seasons, everyone wants to play the game carefully and that’s what is taking time,” says Kunal.

This year the contestants are only from showbiz. Earlier it used to be a mix of different fields, which was also a great idea says Kunal. “I feel a mix is always entertaining as it covers different topics then but at the end of the day, the film and TV industry is what gets the most viewers,” he says.

Ask him who he would like to see in the house, and he says, “I would love to see Kangana Ranaut and Arnab Goswami in the Bigg Boss house. I feel they both are very entertaining and would be great to see how they handle the politics and pressure inside the house.” Kunal Thakkur is best remembered for TV show Bandini and Tennis Premier league (TPL) along with actor Mrunal Jain and would soon be seen in a big upcoming project.

The post Kunal Thakkur says, ‘I would love to see Kangana Ranaut and Arnab Goswami in the Bigg Boss house’ first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.
