The entire team of this film is currently staying in Kolhapur after the recording of Shree Ganesh Geeta marked ‘Ashtapadi’. Before starting the shooting in Kolhapur, a muhurat was held in the presence of MP Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj, veteran art director Santosh Phutane. On this occasion, MP Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj gave muhurt clap and wished the team of the film all the best for the future.

A significant portion of the film will be shot in and around Kolhapur. Regarding the ongoing shooting in Kolhapur, director Utkarsh Jain said that it is a distinct joy to be shooting ‘Ashtapadi’ in the city of Kolhapur, blessed by the residence of Goddess Mahalakshmi. Utkarsh Jain also assured that the entire team of the film is preparing with new energy and strength and will bring the story which has never been seen on the silver screen to the audience.

Santosh Juvekar will be seen in the lead role in ‘Ashtapadi’.
