Rahul Roy’s comeback film ‘Walk’, directed by Nitin Kumar Gupta, bags award!

Acclaimed filmmaker Dr. #NitinKumarGupta has bagged the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Film Award 2022-2023 for his latest movie, “#Walk,” at the Maharashtra International Film Festival held in Mumbai recently. Dr. Nitin received the award as Director of the film on #MaharashtraDay, where 14 creative minds across India were awarded.

“Walk,” which stars Rahul Roy and Archana Puran Singh, revolves around the harsh journey of migrant workers during the pandemic-induced lockdown. The film has received critical acclaim, winning the Best Feature Film Award at the Jammu Film Festival. Rahul Roy, who plays the lead character Roshan, was also honored for his exceptional performance.

In a statement, Roy expressed his admiration for the director, saying, “I am proud of the journey that Dr. Nitin Kumar Gupta has taken as a filmmaker and his commitment to create social awareness through his films. He made me and Archana Puran Singh work beyond our images and accomplish something extraordinary.”

The Aashiqui star’s comeback journey has been nothing short of inspirational. In November 2020, Roy suffered a brain stroke while shooting for Dr. Nitin’s “L.A.C.” in Kargil. After an arduous recovery process, Roy returned to face the camera a year later for “Walk”, with the same filmmaker.

Roy shared his excitement about his character in “Walk,” stating, “Roshan is forced to carry his deceased friend’s son through 1,000 miles of lockdown territory. I was excited to portray the emotional nuances of his journey and the transformation he goes through.”

Dr. Nitin is grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Roy on two films and is full of praise for the actor’s passion and determination. He said, “Our films earning back to back awards is a testament to Rahul Roy’s determination and hard work.”

‘Love In Ukraine’ director Nitin Kumar Gupta revealed, “We have received videos from the Ukraine cast and crew who are still in the war zone”!

#Filmmaker #NitinKumarGupta, who has helmed the film, ‘#LoveInUkraine’ is deeply moved by the reactions of his #Ukrainian cast and how they are waiting for the film to release. The filmmaker who finished shooting for his film in Ukraine just days before #Russia invaded it, says that most of his cast and crew are still stuck there.

“We have received videos from the Ukraine cast and crew who are still in the war zone. Lead actress Liza is still stuck in Dnipro, action director Yura is separated from his wife and daughter in Kiev, Lola and Oles are in western Ukraine, Ruslan and Boris are actually an active part of the battle at the moment. There are others too; Yulia the makeup artist, who fell in love during our shoot, Roman from the outskirts of Lviv, Larissa from Bucha who provided her castle for the shoot, which now lies in ruins, and also others like Lyuchia, Konstantin, Vladimir and Mila, who is 5 years old. I am still unable to contact Misha who was the fencing coach and plays a professional swordfighter, Artem and Volodym,” he says.

However, they are waiting for the film to be released. “Seeing the videos that the cast sent from the warzone made me cry. It made me remember the months we shared together as friends while filming. I cannot even begin to imagine what they must be going through. What gives me happiness is that they all feel that the film release is a ray of hope in these terrible times,” he says.

The videos that have been sent by the cast are full of positivity, hope and optimism. Lola says, “I miss the whole crew and hope we can meet soon. For everyone who will watch the movie, I am sure you will enjoy this beautiful story,” while Roman adds, “I enjoyed playing my role and I am sure you will love it too. I am sorry I couldn’t come for the trailer launch but I will come once everything is alright. Till then, watch me in the film.”

Meanwhile, the filmmaker also adds that he has received a lot of support for the screening of the film as well. “I have received a tremendous response to the trailer from everyone, but most significantly from international ambassadors and diplomats. They have expressed a huge amount of appreciation and a desire to watch and screen the film in their countries,” he says.

He loves the way the film has shaped up. Talking about casting actor Vipin Kaushik, Nitin says, “Since my script needed a fresh face from India to go with the Ukrainian girl, it took months of auditions to finalize the lead actor. Vipin Kaushik is not new to acting, he has years of theatre experience. He has certain skills that helped me finalise him. He is a Taekwondo gold medallist, he has an impressive bass voice, his acting skills are flawless, plus he is able to pull off comedy, which in my opinion is the most difficult to master. Apart from that, he is hardworking and passionate and performed brilliantly. In fact, he did all his stunts himself, from horse riding to fencing to action and falls.”

Nitin Kumar Gupta, director of ‘L.A.C controversy’ was d isturbed at the propaganda his film was being used for!

#NitinKumarGupta’s forthcoming project #LAC recently courted controversy. Stills and videos from the film, mistaken to be real happening in the #IndoChina border, went viral. The director shares that they were not expecting something like this to happen with the film that stars actors #RahulRoy and #NishantSinghMalkhani, among others.

“I was shooting my new film in Russia when my friends forwarded some Twitter posts where footage from my film L.A.C was shown as Indian soldiers having captured 150 Chinese soldiers. I thought it was a one-off post but then I started receiving messages from everywhere about this news. I also found out that on the other side, Chinese websites were using stills from my film to show the victory of their soldiers. I was disturbed at the propaganda my film was being used for, but as a director I also felt satisfied that my film looked authentic enough to convince viewers. I immediately issued a clarification on my Instagram account,” says Nitin.

The film L.A.C. is loosely based on incidents and activities that happen at our borders.
“We used real life incidents and fictionalised them. Since we used over 500 actors for some scenes, it was impossible to keep cell phone filming under control. Some of the actors filmed the fight sequences and uploaded them on their YouTube channels. Parts of these were picked up by various viewers and used for the wrong reasons,” he explains further.

Filmed in the winter of 2020 in real war locations in Kargil for over 25 days, L.A.C, according to Nitin, is Bollywood”s first single shot film. It runs without a single cut. Real army costumes and gears were used to make it look real. The post production of L.A.C has just been completed in Russia. “We have offers from a few OTT platforms but we are looking for a theatrical release if possible,” says the director.

It is often said that both good and bad publicity helps. “Yes, controversy surrounding a film always leads to hype. But if the controversy causes negative feelings towards the subject or to anyone in real life, I would rather stay away from such controversies. The intention of a film should be to entertain, not hurt anyone,” adds Nitin.

Nitin Kumar Gupta finds action scenes enjoyable, editing tedious and dubbing boring!

From the time a movie is in its conception stage till it hits the screens and even after that, a director has to dedicate all his time to a movie. It can be a tedious job, but director #NitinKumarGupta, the man behind movies like “#Sayonee”, “#DeathOfAnAmbassador” and “Hannah – Love Story of the Devil”, revealed that he enjoys every moment of the process of filmmaking.

Asked which is the most difficult part of his job, he said, “I don’t have one because I find each step immensely satisfying. Filming action scenes is the most enjoyable. Editing, however, is extremely tedious as every scene has multiple ways to edit. But dubbing is the most boring part for me.”

Well, a director also runs on tight schedules, and Nitin shared, “The entire schedule is etched out in my head before starting production. It must be on paper, but it must be in my head, memorized and ready for changes. On paper, my schedule is shot by shot and hour by hour, which I revise before the day’s filming begins. In case anything goes wrong (which it does 20 percent of the time) I immediately juggle shots, scenes, locations, or actors on the spot and put it down on paper, while forwarding it to all departments simultaneously.”

But what about budgeting? “Again, it is all about making changes on the spot and thinking from an editor’s point of view. When we were filming with 400 extras for five days for my film ‘L.A.C’, and the transport budget suddenly escalated, we took a wide shot instead with the crowd for the first two days and then close-ups with less extras in the next three days,” Nitin said.

“Talent, people handling skills, and attention to detail”, are the qualities he feels a director should have. Speaking of people handling, he also revealed what he does when an actor is being unprofessional, and said, “On the spot, I weigh the pros and cons of being strict and putting my foot down or being flexible, and let the behaviour slide.”

“If it doesn’t affect the scene and film, I mostly let it slide and then speak with the actor later about their behavior and try to understand why this happened. However, if it is affecting the scene, I am very strict and get the actor to behave as required, including reminding them of the contract,” he added.

Nitin tries to stay calm and also understand the other person’s point of view when a conflict arises on the sets. He further added, “Knowing how each crew member reacts to which trigger is important in handling them and any conflicts. The cast and crew are as passionate about the project as the director, so once they understand what’s good for the project they cool down.”

He shot for his film “Sayonee” in Russia and said that he believes in doing an extremely detailed recce. “In order of priority I look for – availability of maximum locations from the script, availability of extras, closeness to medical facilities, availability of additional crew, ease of transporting cast, crew and equipment and weather,” he added.

However, Nitin revealed while shooting for “Sayonee” he miscalculated the weather, and said, “When we went in April it was still freezing, so I decided we would not be able to pull off some beautiful shots and so took some required scenes and then travelled back in June again for the glamorous shots.”

Director #NitinKumarGupta, who has helmed films like “#DeathOfAnAmbassador”, “#Sayonee”, says in order to stay hale and hearty, he leads a systematic lifestyle. Nitin, who is also a doctor from the K.E.M. Hospital in Mumbai, says with regards to health it is essential to lead a disciplined life.

“Being regular is the number way to remain healthy. Be it lifestyle or fitness regime, diet, sleep habits, we should be regular with them. Second is to be informed. There are things that work better for different age groups and goals. Knowing what works helps a lot in avoiding wastage of time and energy,” he says.

“I have been promoting intermittent fasting which really works not just to lose weight but also to feel energetic through the day. I also promote freehand exercises and calisthenics (a form of strength training) rather than gym training, for all round fitness rather than just muscular gains,” he shares.

Personally, to keep himself healthy and fit, Nitin follows intermittent fasting and freehand exercises.

On World Book Day Tele-Celebs share importance of books in their lives!

Pick any book, and it will take you on a journey to an imaginary world created by the author where you will feel each and every word mentioned. Reading books is a good habit which we have been asked to inculcate since we were little kids. #AniruddhDave, #SaahilUppal, #MeeraDeosthale, #PrateikChaudhary, #NitinKumarGupta, #HasanZaidi, #SharadMalhotra share how books helped them during the pandemic.

Reading not only helps your brain to work-out a little, but also helps you in a ten other ways including refurbishing your vocabulary. So on World Book Day which is observed on April 23, we asked a few celebs how books helped them during the lockdown and is still keeping them creatively occupied amidst the ongoing pandemic, and here’s what they had to say.

Reading made me introspect opines Saahil Uppal : I was never a book reader. I only started reading during the lockdown announcement due to the pandemic as I had a lot of time. The kind of books I started with, gave me a lot of different perspectives, thoughts and endless and unrestricted imaginations. It obviously is a great benefit to my vocabulary and knowledge. No wonder trends come and go, but books have been around for a long time now and haven’t lost their importance throughout the years. I am glad I could adapt this habit and hence, I make sure to read a little something on a daily basis even though I am under time constraints. I love to read spiritual books and also autobiographies. During the pandemic books really helped me a lot. The uncertain time was filled with negativity, books led me to optimism and positivity. The kind of spiritual books I read during the pandemic gave me hope and faith that “this too shall pass”. Reading made me introspect and try to evolve spiritually.

Reading books is meditation, reveals Meera Deosthale: I love reading books. I get some sense of calm, and it’s like meditation for me. I read a lot of books during the lockdown. I read all genres. I enjoy fiction the most, though. But books made a huge impact on me and my lifestyle. I think for me being a well-read person comes before being highly educated. When we read books, we enter a whole new world created by the writers. We learn, our perception towards a lot of things change. Our vocabulary increases for sure. It only gets better for us.

Prateik Chaudhary enjoys a book with coffee : Being an actor, not only on pandemic or lockdown but on even usual days I do read books, just to know more about the cinema, life or art. But yes, definitely reading books is one of the best therapy one can find in this pandemic. I love to read books mostly related to cinema or art. Currently, I am reading this book called Game Of Thrones, so far it’s one of the best stories I have ever come across and it’s also one of my top favourite drama series. I also love to read books that keep you self-motivated and help in your personal and professional growth. Now a days, technology is too fast. We majorly prefer reading books online. But I prefer, books ko haath me lekar Padhne me jo feel hai with a mug of coffee in your balcony wo online padhne me Nahi hai. Try it you will also love it.

Nitin Kumar Gupta finds that Audiobooks are amazing : I discovered audiobooks during the pandemic on topics ranging from the role of artificial intelligence in the future world, new economic principles, minimum basic wages and happiness index. These sound boring, but give an expansive idea of what the world should be like instead of people just waking up, earning a living and going back to sleep everyday for 70% of their lives. All successful men and women are voracious book readers. Books are the shortest and most comprehensive way to learn anything quickly. YouTube videos help but generally, they are made by amateurs. Books on the other hand are written by experts on the topic after years of research who put together all their knowledge in a couple of hundred pages. Missing out on books concerning your profession is an unforgivable mistake! I am a big fan of early sci-fi and fantasy fiction like Discworld, Asimov’s Foundation, Lord of the Rings and some romantic authors like Erich Segal. Harry Potter was a guilty pleasure! These days I don’t have much time for fiction, though. Currently, I’m devouring books on filmmaking – screenplay, character arcs, edit, cinematography, directing actors. I want to polish my craft to as close to perfection as possible.

Hasan Zaidi Maintains that Books expand your mind : It was not just during the pandemic, books have always been a part of my life. My father was an avid reader, he was a professor and a prolific poet, and he always encouraged us to read and gifted us books. I have always enjoyed reading autobiographies and biographies of actors and filmmakers. Books provide a getaway to a lot of knowledge, they also provide you brilliant stories. Whenever we read a book, we form visuals in our head and those visuals come from my mind but they are someone else’s words, and I find that very interesting. Books help you expand your mind, your emotional and intelligence quotients and it is just wonderful to acquire knowledge and wisdom and sometimes just simple old storytelling. I am currently reading a book called Greenlights by Matthew McConaughey.

Reading makes you a conversation starter, says Sharad Malhotra : I love to read, it’s not just during the pandemic but I have always loved to read. I am into autobiographies and have read those on Adolf Hitler, Charlie Chaplin, Sachin Tendulkar, Karan Johar and Rajesh Khanna. I feel books make you forget where you are, what you are doing and engage your mind with those beautiful words. They take you on a journey where it’s the visuals are left to your imagination, and it’s only the words that play. My wife Ripci too is a bookaholic, and she is more into books than me. I feel reading makes you a conversation starter, it not only gives you knowledge but is also good for your mind. Especially in today’s world, I feel people should spend more time on books than on screens.

Books are friends, says Aniruddh Dave: : Book reading habit I got from my parents. I love to read non-fiction. Books Gyaan ka Bhandar Hoti hai. One must-read books. I want my son also to read books when he grows up. During trying times books can be good friend. I read few books during the pandemic. One of the most interesting books I recommend is When Bad things happen to good people by Harold S. Kushner I don’t like to borrow I prefer buying books. One must read a book per month.

On World Earth Day ‘these’ tele-celebs say, ‘Let’s go eco-friendly’!

More than anything else this devastating pandemic has taught us the importance of respecting and taking care of Mother Earth. For years, the goodness of Nature is being misused. The growing exploitation of natural resources for our own good has resulted in shortage of water, many species going extinct, increasing pollution leading to health hazards.

While many have been putting in efforts to save Earth, there are still others who are yet to do their part. On World Earth Day today (April 22), celebrities talk about the eco-friendly measures they undertake on a daily basis to do their bit. Take a cue:

Priyamvada Kant : It’s now or never, I guess. I try to follow a few things like I always carry a reusable cloth bag when I step out for shopping to reduce usage of disposable bags, especially those made out of plastic. I also invest in reusable eco-friendly water bottles and cups. Think about how many disposable cups are used every day your nearby tea and coffee shops or for that matter plastic bottles too. Imagine how much waste we could reduce if we all made these simple daily changes. Our planet is currently losing forests, so please consider planting trees in your garden or in the pots in your balcony. Make your own green space.

Nikkiey Chawla : I don’t litter or use plastic. I always make sure to separate wet and dry waste. I believe in recycling and reusing. I love gardening. In our Punjab house there were a lot of plants. In Mumbai too I have a small garden where I grow basil, thyme, rosemary, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander and mint, all the basic herbs that I use in my house. I love roses and marigolds, so I have them too. This makes me stay close to Nature.

Nitin Kumar Gupta : I am working on some ideas that will allow large scale recycling of food, clothes and energy. I don’t want to reveal much about it right now and would like to talk when I implement those ideas in villages.

Pritam Singh : Recycling is one way to save earth from pollution. Cleaning the water bodies, coastline and streets are a must. Dumping waste anywhere outside your house needs to stop. Start treating Mother Earth as Mother Goddess and take care of Nature as you take care of your mother. I actively contribute by following all the measures that the government has initiated starting from sookha kachra geela kachra, to not throwing garbage anywhere but in the bin, saving water, fuel and electricity etc. I follow eco-friendly habits both at home and at work.

Nibeditaa Pal : I think it’s important to look after our environment. We need to give back to Nature and nurture our surroundings. It has been more than 4-5 years since I’ve stopped using plastic. I always travel with my eco-friendly bags while I step out for shopping. I also use eco-friendly cutlery, cups, and bottles to my shoots.

Aniruddh Dave : One should understand that a healthy planet is not an option but a necessity. It’s more like ‘as you sow so shall you reap’. Today the kind of efforts we put in to take care of Mother Nature, our future generations will reap the fruits of it or else they will feel the repercussions. I have gardens both in my homes in Mumbai and Jaipur. I also try and keep my surroundings clean. We should stop littering here and there and must throw dry and wet waste separately. Seminars, talks and other initiatives are taken to make people aware. I am doing my bit and would request everyone to come together and do the right thing to save Nature. Gift plants on special occasions along with whatever other things you want to give. Earth is our planet, the more we keep it clean and the more it is good for us.

Amit Mishra : I avoid using plastic as much as I can. My water bottles and bags are all eco-friendly. I love planting trees, conserve water and don’t like wasting food. I use organic products that do not have harmful chemicals. If we take care and love Mother Earth, she will love us back and help us secure a healthy future.

Rohit Choudhary: : Not just on World Earth Day, but in our life we should always keep our surroundings and environment clean. I plant trees and have my own small garden at home. In today’s times, pollution levels are going high. Smog in Delhi during winters is killing. Save water and urge people around you to do the same. I don’t use plastic.

Ashish Johri : Earth is our home and we all collectively need to take care of it. I try to avoid using plastic and keep planting trees every now and then. I try to be mindful while using all available natural resources. I am all for eco-friendly products.

Prajwal Gupta : To build an eco-friendly society, we need to change our habits. I have switched to online payments and banking to avoid usage of paper. I try to reduce, reuse and recycle my clothes. Saving fuel and water are the two most important things that I have been following for years now. If your office is nearby, try to ride a bicycle to work. It’s eco-friendly and safe too.

With his film ‘#Sayonee’ released theatrically, director #NitinKumarGupta is already preparing to film his next in Europe. Nitin says “’#OnlyYou’ is an intense love story set over a dramatic period of time and space. It starts off as a sweet romance but escalates to an epic tale of strife and retribution, with a young couple caught in the middle of it all.”

Asked why Europe, Nitin says,”The charm of the story is in it being an intercontinental love story. We are putting in a lot of detailing on European small town culture and their feudal system. The audience will get to see Europe beyond the capital cities and tourist landmarks.”

Talking about the cast, the ‘Walk’ director says, “I am hunting for a new lead pair that can pull off the innocence and first love longing of Romeo and Juliet. We are auditioning new actors from all over and some of them are brilliant. However to find the perfect match of endearing vulnerability with intense acting craft is a tough task. With innocence, the actors need to pull off raw emotions that will unnerve viewers at times.”

With his ‘L.A.C.’ film completing post-production, Nitin talks more about what makes ‘Only You’ so special. “Film makers sometimes forget that cinema is larger than life. This is not a light-hearted crush flick but something that will resonate with deep rooted stakes and painful decisions that alter the fate of its characters beyond reconciliation.”

“Beyond all, the theme of the film is sacrifice. An inability to sacrifice for your friends, family and fellow human beings is your inability to love.” Nitin concludes.

Nitin Kumar Gupta : Being in touch with our family and relatives is important. They are the ones who will be always there for us. To stay happy, I try to jog and exercise outdoors, watching comedy shows and have at least one meal with my parents and siblings.

Prateik Chaudhary : I learnt and realised that life is all about unexpected events and we should always be prepared mentally and physically. Rather than running away or cribbing about it, we should make ourselves strong and face the problems. And have to stay positive. I have started focusing more on my work because I knew the time we are getting now, we won’t get this back ever again in the next 100 years. So I used this time wisely, and was doing my workout at home, worked on my craft, watched a lot of movies and series and helped my mom in cooking. So it’s all about having fun and staying productive. The three positive things that I have been doing is that firstly, I start my day at 5 in the morning and do my workout, secondly I keep myself busy and try to be productive and lastly talking to family and my close friends is the best way to stay happy and positive.

Prashant Bajaj : Two major things which genuinely I learnt are that materialistic things are not everything to be happy in this world and that money is not everything you need for mental peace but that you can only have if you stay close to your family. Three positive things I do daily are meditation, chanting using scented agarbattis at home to purify the environment while playing some nice bhajan.

Srishti Jain : I realised that we take everything for granted on a daily basis. Being able to breathe and have a healthy family are a few things that I should be grateful for. I have started waking up early and positive things to myself. I mediate as that helps me stay in a positive frame of mind. I usually get home and unwind with some me-time.

Pritam Singh : Lockdown taught me that only basics are required to live our life. Luxury does make us happy but not for long. You need to stay close to your dear ones, help those in need and understand yourself better to stay happy.

Hasan Zaidi : I have started connecting and sitting with myself in silence. It’s a great teacher. I now value simplicity and not material things, treasure my family and few close friends. No situation is permanent, we are always in transition. I have started eating healthy, exercise and meditate to stay positive. I express gratitude to the almighty for everything I have.

Prajwal Gupta : During the pandemic I have realised something that though we have divided ourselves in the name of religion, caste, social status etc but when in crisis we all can come together. My lifestyle has changed during the lockdown last year. I have learnt that I do not need too much, it has made me more focused and that I should stay healthy. I have also learnt to value people around me, stay connected to dear ones and sleep well. I started pursuing my hobbies like painting, cooking, playing indoor games.

Sidharrth Sipani : I learned late in my life that money is not important and that I don’t have to fall in love in my 20′s and 30′s but let that happen when it has to. You can be happy without materialistic things but you can’t be happy without being with yourself.

Nuno Oliveira : I’ve learnt that time is the most valuable. Usually our life is so fast paced that we don’t even realise the importance of things that we have and only understand it’s worth when we lose it. The lockdown period has allowed me to value things that I earlier took for granted. I speak with my friends, read books, watch movies and have ice cream almost every day. All these give me inner peace.

Hrishikesh Pandey : Having slowed down our lives, the pandemic has given us free time to introspect. We should stay positive and understand we all have our separate journey. Apart from staying close to my family, I’ve started keeping in touch with all my relatives that was not possible earlier. This pandemic has been telling us that money is not everything and that at the end of the say we are all the same. We should be content with the basics in life, not indulge in petty comparisons and think god about others.

Nivedita Basu, Jay Prakash Sharma, Nitin Kumar Gupta and Chandni Soni share changes due to lockdown implemented in their lives. The government on March 24 announced nationwide lockdown to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus pandemic, which claimed many lives.

The lockdown period gave many of us the time and opportunities to do things which we always wanted to do but couldn’t either due to paucity of time or circumstances.

Taking a trip down memory lane, celebrities share some major changes they have implemented in their life due to lockdown from regularly spending quality time with their loved ones to inculcating the importance of staying fit and healthy.

Jay Prakash Sharma (Director) : Importance of necessities, money and family

Lockdown has made many of us realize about the necessities of life and the importance of money. And most importantly lockdown has made us realise the worth of family time. If you spend time with your family you’ll be happy.

Nitin Kumar Gupta (director) : Changed fitness routine

The first thing I changed was my fitness routine from gym to outdoor workouts. Working outdoors is far more invigorating and opens up the mind and strengthens the body in a way that gyms can never do. Secondly, I understood the value of keeping in touch with my relatives. Family will always be there for you no matter what!

Nivedita Basu : Started running

I wanted to spend quality time at home, so the only change I had was I could watch a lot of content. I got to spend a lot of time with my family and Oyshee especially because it’s her growing year. I’m thankful to God when we hear people say all bad things happened in lockdown.
I started running and that was something I always wanted. And that is something which I have added in my life and I’m very grateful about it.

Chandni Soni : Spending time with family, having meals together

Before the lockdown, all of us were struggling to strike a balance. Extra hours at work, tiring commutes and additional responsibilities made us ignore the little things in life. Now that we have time, we should cherish these moments and ensure that we do not go back to the previous normal. So one thing which is constant for me now is my time for family. The habit of eating together is still being followed. Prioritise your life to do what makes you happy this is one my greatest lockdown takeaway.

Certainly, lockdown has not only made us realize the worth of staying happy under any given circumstances but also invest our time in doing productive and meaningful things.
