The retro vibe, fun dance sequences, and the whole star cast of #Hungama2 is getting ready for some Hungama as the makers are all set to drop the title track of their promising comedy-drama. Cine-lovers, who are eagerly waiting to get on the ride of laughter riot, are going gaga after learning that the title track will star the different generations of actors in one frame. From #PareshRawal, #ShilpaShetty, #PranithaSubhash to #Meezaan, the music video features them all in one groovy dance number!

Apart from the promise of transporting the fans into the retro era, the song’s announcement has definitely elevated the excitement for the official music video and the film.

Talking about the same, Paresh Rawal said, “The energy on the set was infectious because of the amazing co-stars. It was the most fun we all had while shooting the film, and that is what is reflected on the screen as well.”

While sharing her excitement, Shilpa Shetty said, “It was so much fun to recreate the retro era with all of them. The song perfectly encapsulates the overall theme of the film. I am sure the audience is going to enjoy it.”

In a similar vein, Meezaan said, “The fact that the whole cast is part of the song makes it one of the memorable shooting experiences. We all enjoyed the process of making it. I hope it resonates with the audience as well.

Directed by Priyadarshan and backed by Ratan Jain, Ganesh Jain, Chetan Jain, and Armaan Ventures, Hungama 2 will hit Disney+Hotstar premium on 23rd July.

A Venus Records and Tapes LLP project will also feature Johny Lever, Rajpal Yadav and Ashutosh Rana in pivotal roles.

Lights, Camera and Hungama. That’s what the unit of Hungama 2 say, in lighter moments though, while picturising the scenes or songs. Here one gets latest glimpses of Paresh Rawal, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Meezaan Jafri and Pranitha Subhash from Hungama 2 shooting for a title track which promises to be a chartbuster.

Priyadarshan’s directorial, Hungama 2, is one of the biggest and most awaited multi starrer franchise films of this year. Starring Paresh Rawal, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Meezaan Jafri and Pranitha Subhash, the film promises a through family entertainer with something for everyone.

The entire cast is shooting the title track in Mumbai, a peppy song with a dash a retro and if the behind the scenes glimpses are to go by, this one is a sure shot chartbuster.

A source present on the set revealed, “The song is supposed to represent the fun vibe of the film and with four leads and so many dancers in frame, it was critical to get the entertainment quotient right. But the whole cast has bonded so well and they were so effortlessly in sync. All the Hungama they had behind the camera has translated on camera as well.”

Priyadarshan compares Meezaan’s comical variations to Jagdeep and Javed Jaafrey!

Ever since then, there has been a lot of excitement amongst fans to catch a glimpse of their favourite stars from the sets of the comedy. Starring Paresh Rawal, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Meezaan Jafri and Pranitha Subhash in the lead, the film is expected to offer unlimited confusion with a great dose of comedy to the audiences.

Speaking of the Manali shoot schedule, the latest we hear is that the film’s production house is making sure to fully sanitise the set time and again in order to ensure everyone’s safety. Shooting with care, Venus as a production house is taking utmost precautions and at the same time monitoring every individual’s health on a daily basis, which has made the entire process really secure for the cast and crew of the film.

Prabhu Deva is all praise for actress Pranitha Subhash saying ‘Your help has changed so many lives’

The unprecedented pandemic has turned into a very difficult time for the ones living on a daily wage income. In such times, Pranitha Subhash has been trying to spread a sense of solidarity amongst the most vulnerable. Stalwarts like Prabhu Deva, Kiran Mazumdar, CEO of Biocon are praising Subhash for her valour. She, along with her small team of volunteers have taken the onus of supporting and helping as much as they can and have managed to raise funds of approximately 10 lakhs and supported more than 450 families via DBT. They have donated ration kits to more than 200 makeup and hairstyle association of the film industry. They have distributed shields and sanitising chemicals to hundreds of auto drivers.

Pranitha along with her team of volunteers are personally preparing and packing food boxes for daily wage workers and migrants. In order to protect and safe guard the people who are protecting us, she and her team have donated sanitizer stands and protective material to 28 police stations in Bangalore. “We are trying to help as much as we can and as little as we can. We can’t predict the longevity of Corona but we can sure protect are fellow brothers and sisters from the wrath of this pandemic” says Pranitha.

‘Hungama 2’ actress Pranitha Subhash’s ‘partner’ in quarantine

Pranitha is encouraging “social distancing” as a way to contain the virus’s impact, on the recommendation of public health experts but urges people to “maintain emotional closeness with humans and animals”. Pranitha Subhash shares an adorable picture of hugging her pet Blu, calls Blu her partner in quarantine.

“I am taking this time to relax & chill at home. Cook, clean, spend time with family & my Blu. Because of my shooting schedule I couldn’t do so” further adding “We are supposed to keep social distance not emotional distance from both humans & animals. It is so upsetting to see people ill treating animals. Please I request everyone to do their research online and educate themselves about the ways virus can spread. I am sure your research will tell you that it doesn’t spread through animals. Please be kind to them” says Pranitha.

She will be seen next in Hungama 2 opposite Meezaan Jaffrey alongside Paresh Rawal & Shilpa Shetty. Her next film also includes Bhuj: The Pride of India opposite Ajay Devgn.

Hungama 2 actress Pranitha Subhash’s initiative #HelpTheHelpingHands

The country is witnessing a 21-day lockdown, as announced by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to contain the spread of the virus, which has claimed the lives of over many people globally. In this time of crisis actress Pranitha Subhash has pledged her support to a new initiative aimed at supporting the daily wage-earners who have been severely affected by the lockdown imposed to combat coronavirus.
Hungama 2 actress Pranitha Subhash’s foundation Pranitha Foundation has joined hands with the LogicalIndian and Efforts4Good and started an initiative #HelpTheHelpingHands where she will donate Rs 1 Lakh and support 50 families.

Elaborating about the initiative, Pranitha Subhash says “Our daily wage workers, our house helps, municipality workers, construction workers, auto walla etc are finding it very very difficult right now because they have no source of income. The Government is doing their bit but I still think that all of us should come together & help them. It costs about Rs 2000/- through this crisis per family & I on behalf of Pranitha Foundation I will be supporting 50 families but it is a very small number in the big picture. Pranitha Foundation has joined hands with the LogicalIndian and Efforts4Good and started an initiative #HelpTheHelpingHands. We are planning to support about 500 families & for this we need your support. Please come forward & donate. Even if you can support one family, it will make a big difference for all of us. The funds will be used by the families to buy medicines, ration & other basis supplies”.
