While lights, cameras, and action bring stories to life on screen, it’s the off-screen moments that sometimes leave the deepest impact. This Friendship’s Day, &TV actors take a heartfelt walk down memory lane, sharing how bonds formed on set blossomed into lifelong friendships. From spiritual connections to unwavering support through personal trials, these stories show that the strongest friendships often grow in the most unexpected places. These include #PriyamvadaKant (Latika, Gharwali Pedwali), #SapnaSikarwar (Bimlesh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and #ShubhangiAtre (Angoori Bhabhi, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai).

Priyamvada Kant, aka Latika from Gharwali Pedwali, shares, “I share a very special bond with Krishna Bhardwaj. We first met eight years ago while working on a show together, and since then, we have remained in constant touch. What makes our friendship unique is the deep spiritual connection we share. Outwardly, we are both hyper and fun-loving, but at heart, we are calm and grounded. That inner stillness is what we truly bond over. Amidst all the chaos and drama on set, we always found comfort in each other’s presence. Whether it was me supporting him through restlessness or him quietly standing by me in tough times, our friendship is built on mutual understanding and unwavering support—it’s peaceful, strong, and rare.”_

Sapna Sikarwar, aka Bimlesh from Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares, “Geetanjali and I connected during a shoot years ago, and our bond slowly grew from scene partners to soul sisters. We are both strong-headed, yet we balance each other perfectly. What I love most about her is her compassion. Even in her busiest moments, she thinks of others. Once, I was facing a deeply personal challenge, and she dropped everything to be by my side. She didn’t just comfort me; she lifted me with strength. The best part is now we are working on the same show and playing sisters onscreen in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan. Ours is a friendship where even silence speaks volumes. In a fast-moving world, she’s my constant—a reminder that true friendship isn’t about frequency, but presence.”

Shubhangi Atre, aka Angoori Bhabi from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, shares, “I met Megha years ago at an industry event, and instantly felt a warm, honest vibe. That spark turned into a deep friendship over time. I’ll never forget a moment during my struggling days in Mumbai when I found myself without a place to stay. In panic, I called Megha. Without hesitation, she said, ‘Stay right there, I’m coming,’ and took me home. That gesture gave me not just shelter but strength. Megha’s honesty and support are her most beautiful traits. She tells you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. With her, I didn’t just find a friend—I found a sister for life.”

The monsoon may bring a welcome break from the summer heat, but it also ushers in a season of fluctuating temperatures, waterborne illnesses, and weakened immunity. For television actors who juggle demanding shoot schedules, staying fit and infection-free is a top priority. To combat seasonal health risks, they turn to mindful eating habits that support immunity, focusing on warm, home-cooked meals, herbal concoctions, and nutrient-rich foods. &TV actors Sapna Sikarwar (Bimlesh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan) and #AasifSheikh (Vibhuti Mishra, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai) share how they are boosting their immunity to stay healthy and active during the rains.

Sapna Sikarwar, aka Bimlesh from Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares, “During the monsoon, my focus is on strengthening my immunity through simple, home-based remedies. I avoid anything too oily or spicy, as it just doesn’t sit well during this season. Instead, I rely on warm soups, steamed veggies, and lots of herbal teas. I have made it a habit to start my mornings with warm water infused with tulsi and ginger—it helps with digestion and keeps me feeling energised. I also stock up on fruits like papaya and pomegranate; they are great for the skin and immunity. These small changes make a big difference in how I feel during the season.”

Aasif Sheikh, aka Vibhuti Narayan Mishra from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, shares, “Monsoons are beautiful, but they also mean a higher risk of infections. That’s why I never compromise on foods that help keep my immunity strong. I make it a point to include light, warm meals, things like moong dal, rice, and sautéed vegetables. My go-to immunity booster is a cup of herbal tea every evening; it’s soothing and effective. I stay away from street food during this time and drink plenty of warm water to stay hydrated. I have noticed that sticking to a clean, nutritious diet helps me stay mentally sharp and physically fit for long shoots. For me, the key to enjoying the monsoon season lies in simple, consistent efforts to eat right, as I believe wellness starts right from the kitchen.”

With monsoon clouds ready to burst and the scent of rain already in the air, it’s not just umbrellas coming out but wardrobes across are getting a seasonal refresh! &TV actresses also share how they have already prepped their closets and homes to welcome the monsoon in style. These include Smita Sable (Dhaniya, Bheema), #SapnaSikarwar (Bimlesh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and #ShubhangiAtre (Angoori Bhabi, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai).

Smita Sable aka Dhaniya from Bheema reveals, “While I love the monsoon and the joy of rains, I am also mindful of everything else that comes with the season—humidity, slippery roads, and sudden downpours. That’s why I have already stocked up on monsoon essentials in my wardrobe, from colourful umbrellas to non-slip sandals that are both practical and stylish. I never like to compromise on fashion, even if it’s pouring! I have picked bright, cheerful umbrellas and cute waterproof footwear to keep things vibrant. I also switch to breathable fabrics like cotton and georgette and prefer culottes, midi dresses, and flowy kaftans that dry quickly and are easy to move in. Since I love taking quick getaways to places near the mountains and beaches during this beautiful weather, my wardrobe is already packed with comfy travel dresses, oversized shirts, and lightweight jackets that are perfect for those breezy monsoon escapes!”

Sapna Sikarwar, who plays Bimlesh in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares, “I love the rains, but I believe your wardrobe needs to be monsoon-ready! I have revamped mine with ankle-length trousers and quick-dry, synthetic dupattas, no more heavy fabrics that get soaked and cling. I have also invested in waterproof footwear that’s both functional and fashionable. At home, I have replaced thick fabrics with light, fast-drying curtains and cushion covers in bright colours. They instantly uplift the space when the skies turn grey. And of course, monsoon feels incomplete without crispy pakoras and steaming masala chai! This season, I have stocked up on easy-to-make snacks and a variety of tea flavours that instantly lift the mood on a rainy day.”

Shubhangi Atre, aka Angoori Bhabi from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, says, “I have gone all out this year to make sure I am completely monsoon-ready—right from accessories to home essentials! I picked up a cheerful yellow raincoat and a sturdy yet stylish pair of rain boots that make stepping out in the rain feel fun rather than frustrating. I have also added foldable umbrellas to all my bags—because you never know when the rain will catch you off guard! Since I love keeping things minimal during this season, I have switched to lightweight jewellery, avoiding metals that can tarnish or stick to the skin in humidity. I have also refreshed my balcony with monsoon-friendly plants like ferns and money plants—the sight of them swaying in the rain is so calming. My kitchen too is monsoon-ready, stocked with kadha ingredients, flavoured teas, roasted snacks, and everything comforting for a rainy day. For me, monsoon is all about embracing the weather while staying cosy, cheerful, and practical!”

Dance is more than just movement. It is joy, passion, and a celebration of life. For many, it is a way to stay fit or express emotions, but for some artists, it is a heartfelt connection that fuels their spirit. This International Dance Day, TV actors share their deep love for dance, the happiness it brings them, and how it continues to shape their artistic journeys. These include Neeta Mohindra (Kailasha Bua, Bheema), #SapnaSikarwar (Bimlesh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and #ShubhangiAtre (Angoori Bhabi, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai).

Neeta Mohindra, who plays Kailasha Bua in Bheema, shares, “Dance is pure joy to me and my soul’s favourite way to express itself. It has been a constant companion throughout my life in theatre and television. From classical forms like Bharatanatyam and Odissi to the high-spirited beats of Bhangra and Gidda, every style has brought me closer to myself. Dance, for me, is emotion in motion. Whether I am on stage or just dancing alone at home, it fills me with peace, energy, and a sense of belonging. It is not just something I enjoy, it is something I need the most when I feel happy and want to express that (laughs).”

Sapna Sikarwar, who plays Bimlesh in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, adds, “Dance has always been my happy place. Before becoming an actor, I used to choreograph college events, cultural shows, and even weddings! Every form from Kathak to Bollywood has taught me how to feel deeply and express with honesty. I still remember the thrill of performing my first solo when my heartbeat synchronised with the music, the lights, and the applause. Even now, I love choreographing my scenes and slipping in a few moves between shoots. Dance lifts my spirit as it is fun, freeing, and fuels the performer in me.”

Shubhangi Atre, who brings Angoori Bhabi to life in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, says, “Dance has always been close to my heart, it is where I feel most alive. My Kathak training taught me grace and discipline, but more than that, it gave me a way to express myself fully. I danced Lavni, Garba, and Bollywood, and I love them all. I, at times, also Choreograph dance sequences in our show, and it makes me feel more energetic. No matter how hectic the day is, just a few moments of dancing bring me joy and peace. For me, dance is not just a skill, it is an emotion, a rhythm that lives inside me.”

#KarvaChauth, a cherished and traditional Hindu festival celebrated primarily in India, is a poignant testament to the enduring bonds of love and commitment within married couples. This festival holds a special place in the hearts of millions as married women fast from sunrise to moonrise, fervently praying for the longevity and well-being of their beloved husbands. Yet, Karva Chauth isn’t merely about fasting; it’s a celebration of the sacred union between spouses, marked by cultural, social, and even religious significance. &TV actresses delve into details of how they plan to celebrate it this year. These include #AnitaPradhan (#MaltiDevi, #DoosriMaa), #SapnaSikarwar (#Bimlesh, #HappuKiUltanPaltan) and #VidishaSrivastava (#AnitaBhabi, #BhabijiGharParhai).

Anita Pradhan, aka Malti Devi from Doosri Maa, shares, “As a married woman, Karva Chauth holds a special place in my heart, symbolizing love, deep emotions, the essence of sacrifice, and unwavering devotion. Each year, I eagerly anticipate this auspicious day, ready to embark on my annual fast and looking forward to the moment when I can wish my beloved husband a joyful Karwa Chauth while participating in the sacred traditions. Every year, I wake up early for the cherished Sargi meal, as the sun’s first rays appear on the horizon. As twilight falls, the women in our household come together for the sacred puja, dressed in exquisite attire. I take great pride in adorning my hands with intricate Mehandi designs and choosing beautiful Chuddas and jewelry. Both my husband and I eagerly await the moon’s appearance, and when it graces the night sky, we break our fast with a sip of water and delightful sweets. In conclusion, I send heartfelt wishes for a joyful Karva Chauth to all the radiant women celebrating this special day.”

Sapna Sikarwar, aka Bimlesh from Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares, “On the occasion of Karva Chauth, I receive extra attention, and my husband showers me with love and care. Every year, I observe a fast on this day, and my husband joins me so that I’m not alone in this. He’s quite the romantic (chuckles). During Karva Chauth, I feel a unique energy and surprisingly have fewer food cravings! I enjoy applying henna to my hands and adorning myself with the Solah Shringar. This year, it will be no different. We’ve been fasting together for all these years, and it’s been a beautiful journey. To keep ourselves occupied, we engage in indoor games, watch TV, and listen to music. As for the gift, I like it to remain a surprise for both of us! I extend my best wishes to every woman and their husbands, if they are also fasting, for a very joyful Karva Chauth.”

Vidisha Srivastava, aka Anita Bhabi from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, shares, “Karva Chauth is steeped in the emotions, traditions, and enduring love of this cultural celebration. It’s not just a custom but a pledge to the lasting connection of marriage. I observe Karva Chauth annually, and this year, celebrating it as a new mom adds a beautiful dimension to the tradition. Fasting takes on a new significance, symbolizing resilience and the balance of being a wife and a mother. I relish the excitement and spirit of this festival, as all women look their finest and support each other during the fast and puja. The eagerly anticipated moonrise for the puja and breaking of the fast is a cherished moment for every couple and family. Breaking the fast under the moonlit sky is not just a reunion with my partner but a celebration of family. Karva Chauth becomes a testament to the transformative power of love, now encompassing the challenges and joys of parenthood. I delight in donning a traditional saree and beautiful jewelry for the evening puja. However, this year, my Mehandi won’t be elaborate but simple, as I need my hands free to care for my little one. I won’t be fasting fully but will observe other religious rituals. My mother will be there to assist me, and my husband might join me in fasting, but we’ll decide when the day arrives (laughs).”

Watch Doosri Maa at 8:00 pm, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan at 10:00 pm, and Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai at 10:30 pm, airing every Monday to Friday on &TV.

The post Anita Pradhan, Sapna Sikarwar and Vidisha Srivastava share their Karva Chauth plans! first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

Music is a form of expression that allows us to convey feelings melodiously. On World Music Day, &TV actors talk about their love for music and the singers they admire the most. These include #DarshanDave (Randheer Sharma, Doosri Maa), #SapnaSikarwar (Bimlesh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and #RohitashvGour (Manmohan Tiwari, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai). Darshan Dave, aka Randheer Sharma from Doosri Maa, shares, “Music is a source of solace to me. My mother is a musician, and I have fond memories of listening her sing and play instruments while growing up. She is the ultimate inspiration for me to pursue music passionately. I have produced and composed many music albums and wish to record more. Apart from singing, I can play guitar. I like to sing or create music in my studio whenever I am not shooting. Apart from my mother, I have always admired Kishore Kumar Ji and Mohammed Rafi Ji. Both have created some of the greatest music of all time. There is no comparison to the calibre, dedication, and sincerity they have shown towards music. The world would be colourless without music, so enjoy your favourite music this #WorldMusicDay.”

Sapna Sikarwar, aka Bimlesh from Happu ki Ultan Paltan, shares, “Music gives me a sense of comfort and elevates my mood. I like listening to sufi, ghazals, classical music, and Bollywood chartbusters. One of my favourite singers is the legendary Asha Bhosle Ji. She is the melody queen, and I grew up listening to her. She has been an inspiration not just for me but for millions. I am so glad that World Music Day reminds us that we must take time off from our hectic lives and rejuvenate.” Rohitashv Gour, aka Manmohan Tiwari from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, shares, “Music is in my blood, as I come from a family with a strong interest in art. I can sing decently and play table masterfully. I learned to play tabla during my school days and practice it as a hobby till date. I got interested in music because of my sisters. My elder sister plays the sitar wonderfully, while my younger sister is a singer. So, whenever they used to play the sitar and sing, I used to play the tabla for them. I prefer classical music and love Mohammad Rafi and Manna Dey’s songs. Also, singers like Kishore Kumar Ji, KJ Yesudas Ji, Pankaj Udhas Ji, and Lata Mangeshkar Ji are some of my favourites. I wish you all a happy World Music Day.”

#Rainydays can damper our fashion choices, but it does not mean we must sacrifice style for practicality. With clever fashion tricks, one can navigate the rain-soaked streets while looking chic and fashionable. From waterproof fabrics to creative layering techniques, here are some fashion tips from &TV artists to help you tackle rainy days in style. These include #NehaJoshi (Yashoda, Doosri Maa), #SapnaSikarwar (Bimlesh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and #VidishaSrivastava (Anita Bhabi, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai).

Neha Joshi, aka Yashoda from Doosri Maa, shares, “During the monsoon season, the primary focus of my clothing choices is to ensure they are lightweight and breathable fabrics such as cotton and linen. This selection allows me to stay comfortable and dry quickly in case of rain. I usually wear cotton short skirts, sarees, kurtis, classic linen or cotton trousers because of the humidity. These choices not only exude style but also provide practicality on rainy days. I also prefer comfy short dresses and incorporate various styles to suit my taste and mood. I pair these garments with accessories like scarves, dupattas, and lightweight jewellery to complete my monsoon look. These additions add a touch of elegance while ensuring functionality in case of rain. I opt for darker shades without worrying about visible stains in my clothing selections. Light pastel shades tend to highlight rain marks, making them less ideal for this season. Additionally, I prioritise the protection of my long hair from rainwater by wearing a scarf, which acts as a shield while adding a stylish element to my overall look.”

Sapna Sikarwar, aka Bimlesh from Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares, “Wearing ethnic clothes during the rainy season can be challenging compared to the ease of a typical t-shirt and pants combo. However, as a fan of ethnic wear, I customise my looks to suit the monsoon. For instance, I pair a kurta with cropped straight-fit pants or black leggings that hit just above the ankle. Opting for darker or brighter hues and a slightly relaxed silhouette complements my kurta. Keeping my style casual and light makes the best fashion statement for me. I also believe keeping the face hydrated during the monsoon is important, so I prefer light and powder-based makeup. The season also provides a great opportunity to relax on the balcony and enjoy a hot coffee while wearing comfortable attire. For this purpose, I find cotton cord sets or cosy night suits ideal for lounging at home. By making these adjustments, I can continue to enjoy ethnic wear while ensuring practicality and comfort in rainy weather. Also, don’t let the rain ruin your favourite shoes when it comes to footwear. Invest in a pair of waterproof boots or stylish rain-friendly footwear. Classic rain boots in vibrant colours or trendy ankle boots with a waterproof coating can keep your feet dry while adding a fashionable touch to your overall look.”

Vidisha Srivastava, aka Anita Bhabi from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, shares, “When planning your rainy-day outfit, select fabrics that can withstand moisture. Avoid materials like silk or suede, which rain can easily damage. Instead, use water-resistant or quick-drying fabrics like polyester, nylon, or treated cotton. These fabrics will keep you comfortable and stylish even in wet conditions. During the monsoon, my favourite season, I enjoy walking in the rain. Keeping the season in mind, I opt for practical yet fashionable wear consisting of cropped pants and crop tops, t-shirts paired with cotton shirts, tube tops matched with midi skirts, and wide-leg trousers. A scarf serves as a stylish accessory and protects my hair from rain. When it starts pouring, I quickly drape it around my neck and wrap it around my head. Rainy days often bring a gloomy atmosphere, so brighten things by incorporating vibrant colours into your outfit. Choose colourful raincoats, bold accessories, or colourful umbrellas to create a cheerful and eye-catching look. Not only will it uplift your mood, but it will also make a fashion statement amidst the grey skies. So, I always carry a colourful umbrella as an essential accessory throughout the monsoon. I opt for waterproof products for makeup, including sunscreen, waterproof mascara or eyeliner, and lip balm.”

Tune in to Doosri Maa at 8:00 pm, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan at 10:00 pm, and Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai at 10:30 pm, airing every Monday to Friday on &TV.

#SapnaSikarwar, who plays Bimlesh in &TV’s #HappuKiUltanPaltan, will turn a year old on April 8. The actress is excited to celebrate her birthday with her husband and darling daughter this year. Sharing birthday plans, Sapna Sikarwar says, “My life revolves around my husband, Trilok Singh, and daughter, Maanya. And I am planning to celebrate my birthday with my live wires. We will go to a nearby temple to seek God’s blessing before distributing homemade food to those in need. It’s like a yearly ritual for me. It gives me a sense of accomplishment and makes my day extra special. After that, we will drive near the beach, as my daughter and I enjoy spending time in the sand and water. But the most exciting part of the day would be having dinner with them and a few of our close friends, who I hardly meet due to my hectic shooting schedule.”

Recalling her most memorable birthday Sapna reveals, “My birthdays have always been special, and I like celebrating them with my loved ones. But one birthday I will never forget was the day I burst into tears of joy. Trilok was my support system during my struggle days. We were in a relationship at the time. On one of my birthdays at the time, he did not wish me all day. Initially, I assumed he avoided wishing me on purpose and would do so later. But as the day progressed, he did not call or message me, which upset me. Finally, I decided to meet him in the evening. But when I arrived at his house, his door was locked. He was not picking up my calls or replying to my messages. I began to feel restless and was about to burst into tears. But finally, he opened the door, and to my surprise, he had decorated the entire house with roses, my favourite flowers, and our mutual friends were also present to surprise me. It made me so emotional that I burst into tears of happiness. He, too, was taken aback by my reaction and got into tears. I will never forget the efforts he made to make me feel special. I consider myself fortunate to have him in my life and hope to celebrate each of my birthdays with him.”

National Girl Child Day is celebrated every year on January 24 to spread awareness about girls’ inequities in society. &TV artists #MohitDagga (Ashok, Doosri Maa), #SapnaSikarwar (Bimlesh, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan), and #RohitashvGour (Manmohan Tiwari, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai) and proud parents of girl child express their pride and joy in raising their daughters.

Mohit Dagga, essaying Ashok in &TV’s Doosri Maa, says, “The day my daughter Ashwika was born, everybody in my house exclaimed, ‘Ghar Laxmi aayi hai.’ She is very attached to me, and I believe no bond is stronger than a father-daughter bond. She is the apple of my eye. I am in Jaipur to shoot for my show, but I make it a point to speak with her daily. My days are incomplete unless I talk to her. Whenever her teachers compliment her academic strength and ability to win hearts, I feel quite proud. She is a sincere and hardworking child who aspires to be an IAS officer. A few years ago, she was watching an IAS officer’s interview, which motivated her to become one. She is just 11 years old and wants to help underprivileged kids. Her goals and dreams are significant to me as a parent, and I hope she achieves them all.”

Sapna Sikarwar, essaying Bimlesh in &TV’s Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, says, “One of the most precious moments of my life was when I held my daughter, Maanya, for the first time. Her tiny hands and feet changed my life forever. She is 11 years old and one of my biggest fans and critics. She is compassionate, loving, disciplined, intellectual, and creative. She is passionate about conceptualising and creating indoor games and has created a few of them. Recently, she has also received a trophy for playing cricket. She is also interested in learning new languages like Korean, Japanese, Spanish, and more. All her achievements make me extremely proud. She is like a chirping bird who fills the house with happiness and positivity. On National Girl Child Day, I would like to encourage all parents to acknowledge and appreciate their daughters.” Rohitashv Gour, essaying Manmohan Tiwari in &TV’s Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, says,” My daughters Giti and Sanjiti are the apples of my eye. They are talented, beautiful and extremely generous. Like me, my older daughter, Giti, loves acting and is pursuing a career in the same field. I felt very proud when I learned that she shared the same interest as me. She is a talented dancer and singer and our favourite entertainer. Her biggest achievement was winning a beauty pageant. I always appreciate and support her, whether acting or anything else she loves. I am proud to see how my daughters balance their studies and extracurricular activities. They spend some time with me when I return from my hectic shooting schedule. I cannot imagine my life without my daughters, as they complete me.”

Apart from #skills and #talent, it’s their #co-stars’ habits that actors adopt in their daily #routines that make the difference. #&TVartists go on to share a few habits with us that they have adopted from their #co-stars and utilise in their daily lives to make extra impact. This includes #AayudhBhanushali (#Krishna, #DoosriMaa), #SapnaSikarwar (#Bimlesh, #HappuKiUltanPaltan), and #VidishaSrivastava (#AnitaBhabi, #BhabijiGharParHai).

Aayudh Bhanushali, essaying Krishna in &TV’s show Doosri Maa, shares, “On the set of Doosri Maa in Jaipur, we all have a great time and learn a lot from each other. But, of all the co-stars, I think Neha didi (Yashoda) is the most of a perfectionist and a neat freak. She is well-known in our group for her attention to detail, and she is the one who can spot patterns where none exist. Neha’s habits astound me. When I walk into her room at any time of the day, everything is in place and in order. She is so focused that even if her brush is moved slightly, she will recognise it. She is someone who will never hide her mistakes but rather immediately correct them. And this is the most excellent upfront habit of hers that everyone should adopt in their lives. Looking at her, I have also started keeping my things organized, and trust me, that solves half of your problems. I don’t have to spend time looking for things, and I can use that energy for other constructive things. Her personality shines through, as do her habits”.

Sapna Sikarwar essaying Bimlesh in &TV’s show Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, says, “I would say the good habit that I have adopted is from my co-star Himani Ji (Katori Amma). She is a lovely human being, and you always get to learn a lot from her. One good habit I picked up from her was prioritising people over phone. Most of the time on our sets of Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, you will find people on their phones if they are not shooting. In their spare time, you can often spot them scrolling through reels or watching movies or series, but Himani Ji always makes sure to stay off her phone as much as possible when the team is present, which is a very good habit of hers. She is the one who always puts her phone down when we are shooting, eating lunch together, or chatting. She always prioritises the person in front of her, regardless of how important the call is, and then attends to her calls. She once told me that she has the habit of putting her phone away at least an hour before going to bed and prefers reading a book, which inspired me.”

Vidisha Srivastava, essaying Anita Bhabi in &TV’s show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, says, “As everyone knows, Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai is my first comedy show, and I was very nervous to play Anita Bhabi. My co-stars made me feel comfortable, make the audience laugh, and use my comic timing to its maximum potential. It is impossible for me to name anyone here, but everyone on set inspires me to be humorous and spontaneous. The entire set is full of laughter and happiness whenever we are rehearsing, whether it is Aasif Ji (Vibhuti Narayan Mishra) or Vaibhav Mathur (Tika). The most valuable habit I have adopted from my co-actors in these few months is to be funny, comical, full of humour, and supportive”.

Watch Doosri Maa at 8:00 pm, Happu Ki Ultan Paltan at 10:00 pm, and Bhabijii Ghar Par Hai at 10:30 pm, airing every Monday to Friday on &TV.
