Homebound marks Ghaywan’s long-awaited return to the big screen and to #Cannes , a decade after his debut film #Masaan premiered at the festival and won two awards. On World Radio Day, Prime Video, India’s most loved entertainment destination, announced the premiere date of its upcoming Original movie Ae Watan Mere Watan. The date was revealed with a motion picture, featuring the voice of lead actor Sara Ali Khan as Usha, passionately urging the nation to unite against the British Raj through a clandestine radio. Prime Video, India’s most loved entertainment destination, today launched the trailer of its upcoming Hindi Amazon Original series Love Storiyaan. Featuring six heart-warming stories of love that has overcome adversity and triumphed against all odds. Produced by Dharmatic Entertainment, the series is conceptualised by Somen Mishra along with Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta and Mishra serving as executive producers and is inspired by stories featured on India Love Project. Each of the episodes in the six-part series are told through the lens of a different director, Akshay Indikar, Archana Phadke, Collin D’Cunha, Hardik Mehta, Shazia Iqbal, and Vivek Soni – each of whom bring their own personal touch to the story. Love Storiyaan is set to premiere exclusively on Prime Video in India.

The trailer opens up with Karan Johar inviting audiences to explore the meaning of love with genuine, heartfelt stories and goes on to introduce the real-life couples and give a glimpse into their journey. These diverse narratives of love in its many shades promise to not only engage and immerse one in these special stories, but also encourage viewers to look at life from a different perspective, making it an ideal Valentine’s Day watch.

While talking about this genre and the film, Vicky says, “We are all scared of horror films except our director. I never thought I will do a horror film, but when I read the script and was so scared that I had to do it. “

“Horror is a worldwide popular genre. But, I am proud to say that Bhoot is first of it’s kind in India”, adds Karan Johar.

Apoorva Mehta thanked Bhanu for the film is hoping that it manages to scare the audiences.

When asked about the effort gone into the film, director Bhanu said, “The heart of horror is silence. It took us 6-7 months to compose the film.”

‘Bhoot Part 1: The Haunted Ship’ is part of the horror franchise that revolves around a ship that lies static on a beach.

The film presented by Zee Studios and produced by Dharma Productions is slated to release 21st February 2020.
