Actor #SucheetaTrivedi, who is part of the show #IndiawaaliMaa, says that this year has been tough on everyone. While being at home during the lockdown was challenging, she adds that it was a great learning experience as well. “The whole experience of the lockdown was the realization that we can live simple and we don’t need much like too many clothes, too many cars, too many shoes etc. The whole realisation of us being self-sufficient and we can live simple with our family is what this period taught us. The kind of time that I spent with my family, I never had before with them, since so many years. The time that I spent with my in-laws and my own parents is what I will cherish the most forever,” she says.

The actor was also saddened to see her peers go through major financial problems this year as shootings and shows were put on halt. “For me, the most disappointing moment of this year would be the news coming from our industry about actors who couldn’t make it to their hospital care because of lack of personal funds. That was extremely heartbreaking and very frightening for me. I am not saying that bad times don’t come, they come in everyone’s life, but it’s so sad when you have a great career and you have a busy life but you did not save for such times, when you have to pull out a great sum of money for illnesses,” she says.

Ask her how she kept herself positive during this period, and she says that she made sure to find out all there was to Covid -19. This helped her to be optimistic. “I firstly did a lot of research about Coronavirus and I tried my utmost not to panic. I tried diverting myself and things and be as positive as I could. Because this disease is unknown and we have never something like this before. So, I researched well, I exercised, I kept my immunity high and kept myself busy with work and concentrated on preparing for my character, Kaku, for Indiawaali Maa,” she says.

In fact, she learnt some new skills as well during this time. “Apart from my daily routine like cleaning and cooking which I have always been doing, I learnt some household chores like how to make traditional pickles, from my mother-in-law. I learnt to dry those special material sarees like zardozi Sarees in the heat of the sun in summers so that they don’t get spoiled easily and many more such things during the lockdown and would continue doing it further,” she says.

For Sucheeta, taking care of her health and getting a new show were the highlights for her year. “The biggest achievement for me, this year, was to keep my family healthy and safe. My show Indiawaali Maa which started shooting during the Pandemic time. It got started in such a scenario where the economy had reached a standstill but this show gave a lot the economy and helped many people in such hard times. Also, we had a constant scare as we are a big team and unit and we made sure we were following every precaution with utmost care and hygiene. Touchwood till now, there has been no such case on our set and I am glad about it. Specially during Diwali, everybody went back home smiling because people knew they are going to get money to run their homes!” she says.

Talking about her future plans, she says, “After this serial, I would want to do something on OTT like a web series or something. Right now, the focus is only Indiawaali Maa because it consumes a lot of time to shoot. The shoot goes on for 30 days a month but I am very keen on doing a web series or a film next. Also, if I get time after Indiawaali Maa before another project comes in hand, I would want to join my husband and help him with designing homes as part of his new project. He is creating exclusive, sustainable luxury second homes,” she says.

The post Sucheeta Trivedi says, ‘Being at home during the lockdown was challenging but it was a great learning experience’! first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

Having been in the TV industry for over 20 years, actress Sucheeta Trivedi has experienced the highs and lows of the profession. But a show going off-air will always be a bittersweet moment for her. “I’m going to miss my on-screen husband (Nitesh Pandey), my on-screen beta (Akshay Mhatre), all the gorgeous saris that I have worn so far, and all the dogs on the sets,” says Sucheeta Trivedi, whose show Indiawaali Maa will be soon going off air.

With the onset of the pandemic, subsequent lockdown and unlock phases, many shows either went off air soon after their launch or were shelved completely. Sucheeta says, “In life, every good thing has to come to end. Similarly, when a show begins, it also has to come to end. As an actor, I was prepared for this, but it hits you hard when you are playing the central character. My character was content-driven and an author-backed role, so the onus and the pressure of a show doing well or not is always there. However, other factors like script, storyline, production values, ratings and many other external factors also add up. Bringing out a show while dealing with COVID-19 came with a lot of challenges and limitations in terms of locations and other aspects as well.”

While it is not often that we see an actress over 40 playing the central character on TV, Sucheeta (44) feels otherwise. “With the sudden boom of OTT and other streaming platforms, the audience now has a variety of options to choose from, so we cannot fool them by serving them the same-old content. They want to watch good shows, which are strong on content, storytelling and performances. I think this change in the viewing pattern has seen a paradigm shift in the quality of content being made on TV and I must say we are on the right track. As for age, there are actresses over 40, who are playing pivotal characters currently on TV and their shows are doing well.”

The post Sucheeta Trivedi who plays ‘Indiawaali Maa’ is going to say goodby soon first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

Be it the eyes or how they treat people lower to them, these celebrities give their take on what helps them form their first impressions when they meet someone from the opposite sex.

Zayn Khan : So, first of all, obviously her eyes They say it’s the eyes where the beauty lies. As for first impressions, every girl is different with a different style. So I guess first impressions depends on how that is presented.

Sidharrth Sipani : Her face. vibes, personality and her simplicity are what I see for the first time when I see a girl. It’s how she presents her self, how she talks and behaves. That is more important for me than how she looks.

Vijayendra Kumeria : I notice grooming at first sight…I get impressed if the woman is well-groomed from head to toe. By grooming, I don’t mean lots of makeup and trendy hairstyles, but how she carries herself! And yes, a smiling and pleasant personality is impressive too.

Avinash Mukherjee : How her hair is made, black kajal is unmissable, her shoes and how she carries herself and uses her space. But my first good impression is set depending on how she smells. I love fragrances.

Pranitaa Pandit: The smile of the person when I first meet them is what I notice. The vibe that they give me is important to me. My first impression is set by seeing how genuine and real they are. That matters to me a lot.

Aditi Patankar Gupta: The first thing I usually notice about men is the way they carry themselves but the ultimate impression relies on the conversational level which says a lot more about them. All men dress well these days so it doesn’t have that impact anymore. Socially balanced behaviour is what has become the benchmark now. Finally, communication defines the authenticity of the intelligence of a man. Only great conversations can have a lasting impression!

Sucheeta Trivedi: How he behaves with people who are lesser than him in status and financially and how he behaves with people who are above him in terms of money and status. This is what forms my first impression of a man.

The post Tele-Celebs open up about ‘first impression’ first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

In a popular TV show, which is doing wonders on-screen, the husband has an extramarital affair and leaves his wife of 25 years for another woman. But as luck would have it, he meets with an accident and falls in love with his wife while she is taking care of him. He asks for forgiveness and confesses his love, but the wife rejects him. Though cheating or infidelity is something that no one can accept, what to do when the infidel asks for forgiveness, should they be given another chance? We spoke to a few celebs about it, and here’s what they had to say:

Ajay Singh Chaudhary: A relationship is based on trust, and if it breaks then the relationship also breaks. So cheating is unforgivable and is not unacceptable at all. If the other person tries to mend things and asks for forgiveness, it has to be genuine. If we don’t forgive others if we don’t forgive ourselves, then how will we live a peaceful life, because at the end of the day that’s what we all aim for. But you do need to be assured that the same mistakes are not repeated. People confuse between forgiving and forgetting, they don’t forgive, they forget, and talk about it again when they want. But if you have forgiven someone, you need to make it a point that you don’t talk about it as per your wish. It has to be genuine from both sides because it takes a long time to build that trust again, so if you are doing it be true to yourself and your relationship.

Nivedita Basu: Knowingly if a person has gone into a relationship or an extramarital affair, then it’s unfair to break a relationship unless it is in a bad state. But unknowingly if someone has fallen for someone and has not revealed it, then that person is not entirely bad because people can cheat you in terms of hiding things. Also, if there are families involved and you love the person and feel that your relationship should be given a second chance, then you must. But if it was already a sour relationship and you were not invested then it completely depends on the couple if they want to give it a second chance.

Sucheeta Trivedi: Marriage is a man-made institution so is it a bit abnormal because it is inevitable for a man, who is anyway monogamist but a polygamist, and it has been proven medically that they need more than one person sexually, and so do women, it is physiologically impossible. For me the whole thing is that you commit, then get married at a later age when your hormones are in place and you are not an infidel. But if you marry at a younger age, your life has just started, you will get attracted to someone else other than your husband or wife. So in the late 30s or your early 40s, if you get married, you are more settled. Extramarital happening after 50 is a big no, but if it happens before 50 then it is understandable and you should forgive your partner.

Kavitta Verma: I read somewhere that if a person chooses someone else outside a relationship then they were never in love with the first. I feel this is a very individual point of view. When you forgive someone then there is a void forever and also being taken for granted is very likely. Any kind of abuse is not worth taking and cheating is also a kind of abuse that breaks you emotionally. This conundrum is a personal choice. If we give a chance then we should be prepared for the repercussions. Forgiveness is noble, but one should know how much to accept and when to let go, even if it’s someone you love dearly.

Pranitaa Pandit: Once a cheater, always a cheater. You can never trust the person who has cheated on you because that’s not how it works. Be it anyone your husband, wife, or girlfriend, that’s the basic nature of a person. An extramarital affair is again a big no. There are a lot of times when people ask for forgiveness, and they are also forgiven, but I guess even if you forgive them they don’t change because that becomes their habit. It is extremely tough even if you are at a young age, and there are a lot of expectations and emotions at stake, but you should always walk away. These days, especially in marriage, it is very common, this is what I have come to see. A lot of people cheat and are extremely ok with it. I think they shouldn’t be given another chance. But if you have a child with that person, then you try to mend things because there is another life.

Aanushka Ramesh: I believe cheating and infidelity are unacceptable. I feel if one is committed to a person they should be faithful, else one can just be single and date whoever they want as that is everyone’s free choice. I think if someone cheats and then asks for forgiveness, it is the particular individual’s choice whether they want to forgive or move on. It would be very difficult and painful to overcome the hurt of being cheated, but I feel if the person is genuinely nice and it’s a one-time mistake, then in a rare case, they can be forgiven. But if the person has this in their nature, or if the circumstances are such then one should move on. I believe relationships are based on honesty and transparency, so cheating and infidelity are unacceptable.

The post Tele-Celebs share their views on ‘Cheating’ and ‘Infidelity‘ first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

2020 has been a blur as most of the year has been spent sitting indoors, breathing through masks and sanitising every possible surface. Well, not anymore! The vaccine is out and the drive to administer it has already started. Here is what these actors feel about the medicine. From waiting to see side effects to administering it immediately; here’s what these Celebs feel about the upcoming Covid-19 vaccine drive.

Adaa Khan : I think as responsible citizens, we all should take the vaccine and only then I guess we all can roam around freely, travel freely and meet people without hesitating too. I hope after this vaccine, we all will be able to live a normal life like before and I hope that this vaccine works around for everyone. First, I would really prefer that the people who really need this should receive it like frontline workers, 60+ aged individuals and then when it’s time for us, we should take it as well.

Nishant Singh Malkhani : I’m really happy for all the health care workers who have been the frontline warriors against this pandemic. They will receive these vaccines first along with senior citizens and people with higher risks of infection. I am not yet too sure if I will take it but that’s because I feel I’m very young and have a strong immune system and a healthy lifestyle. I want to wait and see the side effects as well as the power of the medicine before I go in for it.

Nilam Kenia : I am not really sure if I will take the vaccine or not. Any vaccine once developed takes years to show its effectiveness and side effects that come with it and I feel if one’s immunity is strong and one doesn’t really have underlying health issues. I don’t really see a need to take a vaccine but it also depends on what the authorities decide. So, I would first wait and watch before deciding anything on taking the vaccine.

Nitin Gupta : I have attended the covid vaccine trials with special permission for researching a film, and realized that the Indian vaccines have yet to complete their phase 3 trial which is the most important step in proving efficacy. If the government mandates it then I will definitely take the vaccine, otherwise, I will wait till proper efficacy and safety results are out after completion of phase 3 trials and choose my vaccine accordingly. I know some of my doctor friends in the USA have taken their version of the vaccine safely. The Oxford vaccine seems promising, however.

Vijayendra Kumeria : We all have been waiting for the vaccine and the drive will start soon. I want to take the vaccine but will have to be very sure about the results and how well it works and if there are any reactions etc. which we shall know only after it’s administered to the first lot. I am optimistic that it is safe and it works and gradually gets available to everyone.

Aanushka Ramesh : The vaccine drive will start soon and I think it is essential for elderly and high risk people to take the vaccine. However, I personally might not take the vaccine yet. No one knows anything much regarding the potential side effects yet so I will wait and watch to see how effective it proves to be. I’m planning to focus more on building my immunity through a healthy diet and lifestyle, exercise etc. and continuing to take the necessary precautions.

Zayn Khan : The vaccination will soon be available to us and I know a lot of people couldn’t be happier. I am also thrilled that the pandemic will end soon with the vaccine. However, I am a bit unsure if I will go for it or not as I am someone who makes sure to get to know everything about a medicine before taking it and, here, we have still not got all the information regarding this vaccine. I hope things are clear with time.

Kettan Singh : I am so happy that the vaccine will be provided to us soon. My family and I have been so careful this entire time and I am thrilled that we will be able to finally take a medicine which will help us stay away from Covid-19 permanently. Of course, I would want that the vaccine is first given to the frontline workers and senior citizens as they are the ones who need it the most.

Sharad Malhotra : This entire year has been very challenging for us as we have all been locked up indoors, scared of contracting Covid-19. I am happy that the vaccine will soon be available and we will be able to get out of this traumatic situation. I will be taking the vaccine but only after it has been provided to the frontline workers like doctors and nurses who are taking care of Covid patients.

Mrunal Jain : I am very relieved to hear that we will get the vaccine soon. I have left no stone unturned to protect my family from this deadly virus and now I am happy that soon we have a permanent solution. I am so happy that thanks to the vaccine, this pandemic will end soon.

Abhinandan Jindal : I am happy that we will have the vaccine soon but I am also concerned about its side effects. I am not sure what they will be and that is something which is making me unsure of whether to take it or not.

Sucheeta Trivedi : I will research about the vaccine and if all is well then, yes, I will take it. But I am not taking it without doing proper research. And my first priority is my parents because they are old and they need the vaccine the most.

Meera Deosthale : Well, it’s an amazing thing that they have come out with Covid vaccines so soon. Yet I am not sure if I will be up to take the vaccine right away or not. From whatever I have read, a vaccine is tested over the years before it’s finally safe to be given to people. Am sure they would have done all the testing for the Covid vaccine too but I will wait till we get to know that there are absolutely no side effects to the vaccine and it will for sure protect us from the Coronavirus.

Rajesh Kumar : I will take the vaccine for sure but since I recovered from Corona, I don’t know because of the antibodies, I might not be a priority. But the vaccine is good as after so much research, it has come out and we should take it. I think it will take a long time to reach 130 crore people because my calculation is that it took 15 years to get the polio vaccine to reach each and every child and here we are talking about 130 crore people, so it will take a little longer period of time to reach everyone. So, unless the production of vaccine and the drive to reach everyone is really in force, it will take a very long time.

Nivedita Basu : My husband just recently suggested that I get vaccinated once it arrives if I have to continue with all the work but I am not very excited about it or being the first person to get vaccinated. I think completely opposite to it and I am okay with my body fighting with the virus. It has actually a very faint chance that I might get vaccinated in the coming few days if it is launched because I am the person who doesn’t want to experiment on myself. I would rather wait for its success and wait for the news to come that the vaccine has helped in containing the virus then maybe I might take it, but at the moment, I am not very excited.

Ajay Singh Chaudhary : It is very good news for the world that our scientists and the medical team have been able to make a vaccine for Covid-19 and I hope we all will be able to get out of this situation which we all are facing right now. I am going to take the vaccine for sure because of the way Covid has spread, I think it is very necessary for everyone to take the medicine. It is very scary to travel or go anywhere due to this pandemic spread. And yes, I wish it starts as early as possible with the people in preference first, especially the frontline workers.

Suhuhii Joshii : It is great news that the vaccine drive is going to start soon and I am, of course, going to take it. When we were small, we used to get vaccinations for many diseases due to which we all are safe till now. So, I will definitely take the vaccine as it is what will protect us against this deadly virus. Right now, we are so scared when we step out of the house, or are travelling or shooting or doing any outdoor chores so maybe after the vaccine comes that fear will go away.

Manit Joura : Firstly, I would like to congratulate everyone that finally the vaccine has come. Yes, it has come after a long time and it is a win-win situation. First, I think, health workers, security forces, aged people would be given the medicine and then the common people, which is great. But even after the vaccine, we should take proper precautions. I am taking proper precautions suggested by the government and I am not in a hurry to take the vaccine, I want to observe, see, read and know the experiences of those who take it.

Rohit Chaudhary : It is a great initiative and I feel the doctors, nurses, security forces etc. deserve the vaccine first because they are the people who are important, as they are working in order to keep others safe. And yes, when it’s the time for others to take the vaccine, then we all should take it as well because it is safe for us. It took time to be made but it was necessary and I would advise everyone to take the vaccine.

Pranitaa Pandit : I am super excited that finally it’s here and I am glad that we are not the ones who will have to wait for months after it is released. Though we are not the first ones but not the last ones at least. I am very happy about it and I am really looking forward to it, though I won’t be taking it immediately, but yes, I will be taking it in the near future. It is a nice initiative from the government’s side to make the certification in good speed and make sure it is safe for all of us to take. As it is coming out on a very auspicious day which is Makar Sankranti and I hope this year 2021 makes it normal for all of us like before.

Malvi Malhotra : I am so glad that the vaccine for Covid-19 has come in the market and this will play a very important role to stop this pandemic and provide us protection. The government has already said that people, who are at a higher risk, will be given priority so all these frontline workers, health workers, doctors and also the old aged people who are above 50 years will be administered the vaccine first. I can wait till the vaccine is available for everyone in the market and I would wish everyone to be safe.

The post Tele-Celebs appeal everyone to be a responsible citizen and get vaccinated first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

In the backdrop of a new strain of the coronavirus emerging in the United Kingdom, the Maharashtra government on Monday decided to impose a night curfew in all the municipal areas of the state starting Tuesday night. The curfew will be in place from 11 pm to 6 am and will remain in force till January 5. Due to this there will no late night parties during 31st night. Actors give their take on the same.

Vijayendra Kumeria: The decision has been taken to avoid large gatherings. Last time there was an increase in the numbers of active case when people were out, mingling and celebrating Diwali. So this decision has been taken to avoid such increase in the cases and it is the right thing to do. Of course, I will miss the 31st December celebrations but I think we can do without them this year and instead enjoy the New Year’s eve at home.

Rajshri Rani-I feel that I won’t miss partying because, at this point of time, I don’t think partying is important. The most important thing is our health. I feel that instead of keeping a curfew at night, it would have been better if they would have done something during day time to evening time. Yes, we will miss getting together for New Years, but that’s okay, you can celebrate New Year at your homes, with your family. I think that is better than what we do every day.

Sucheeta Trivedi: My take on this is to follow whatever the government has proposed, all the rules and regulations for New Year. It will be very low key affair for every person in the world this time so just be with your close people and just celebrate. The elebration this year doesn’t have to be huge, it just can be with close friends and family. The idea is to be happy. All of us are facing a very extraordinary situation this year and everything has taken a back seat. This year if we don’t celebrate New Year in grand way and nothing is going to affect us. Just pray that the coming year should be healthy, prosperous for every human being and living being on this planet.

Ajay Chaudhary: It is a very nice move from the government of Maharashtra because the New Year is here and people will plan to party. They will forget about social distancing. This curfew is the right move from the government. People won’t be able to party and will follow all the norms. I generally don’t party at 31st night, I am with my family so it is good for me.

Angad Hasija: It’s New Year party time and that is why I knew that such a the curfew was going to happen. I feel that it is important also because it will keep things under control. I am party person but I think this will be safe for all of us.

Pranitaa Pandit: The second strain is already seen in different parts of the world and there are lot of changes that are again going to come in. The night curfew has introduced my take on this is and I just hope that this is the last one. In the sense that, we should not have to go through Corona in 202, it should all end. I think it’s absolutely the right step that the government has taken because it is better to take prompt action before it’s too late. It is important to make sure that the fights coming into our country should be monitored and we take full precautions. This entire year we have not celebrated any festival outside and New Year will be the same.

The post Tele-actors back night curfew first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

A lot of expectations are from 2021 for the entire world as the year 2020 was fear-filled due to deadly corona virus pandemic. As the vaccine is going to be available soon people are expecting better things in the coming year. Even celebrities are hopeful that 2021 will bring in a lot of positivity which was lacking in 2020. The year 2020 will be ending soon. It has been undoubtedly a very hectic and upsetting year for most of us. So here are some celebs sharing what the year has been like for them and what are they looking forward to in 2021.

Aniruddh Dave: I can’t say that 2020 was not a good year for me. I had the most amazing time with my wife at home, we did everything together at home. I did a film with Akshay Kumar called “Bell Bottom”, then Shubhi and I announced our pregnancy, what more could I have asked for. I am looking forward to the birth of our first child in 2021. I can’t wait to meet and play with my baby.

Kettan Singh: Except for the lockdown, I think this year was pretty much the same for me. I was creating content like always and I was spending time with my mom at home. The only thing I am looking forward to in 2021 is the COVID-19 vaccine.

Avinash Mukherjee: 2020 was not all bad for me. I was locked up at home with my parents, what more could I have asked for. We went on a holiday as a family to Goa recently. This was my first ever trip outside the city and I had an amazing time. In 2021, I am looking forward to spending some more time with my family and going on more trips together.

Meera Deosthale: 2020 was an unexpected year for me. During the lockdown, my show “Vidya” went off-air and Vidya’s story was left incomplete. So that was the most upsetting part of 2020 for me. But I am keeping myself positive and looking forward to getting some good opportunities in 2021.

Sucheeta Trivedi: Initially when the lockdown had just begun, I didn’t know what to do, but I am into interior designing, so I started playing around with my house and decorating it again. I guess when you do things you love you are the happiest, so I had an amazing time during the lockdown. Then I got busy with my show “Indiawaali Maa” and I am loving the audience’s response to it. Looking forward to more love from the audience in 2021.

Yesha Rughani: I was in my hometown during the lockdown and it was after a really long time that I got to spend some time with my parents. I learned different painting forms like Mithila painting and Warli, etc. My new show has just gone on-air, so I am looking forward to love and appreciation from the audience in 2021.

Rajesh Kumar: Yes, 2020 was an unexpected year, who would have thought that we will be locked up inside our homes for such a long time. But when you are with family everything seems alright. In 2021, I am looking forward to going on a trip with my family. My kids are also bored of sitting at home, so might take them somewhere free from COVID.

Rajshri Rani: Well, 2020 was an interesting year for me. After a very long time, I got to spend a few months with my parents. Then I got married to my best friend Gaurav. So 2020, for me has been a memorable year. In 2021, I am looking forward to doing some good work.

Rohit Bhardwaj: 2020 was a very dull and boring year for me, so my only aim in 2021 is to travel a lot. I love to travel, and sometimes I don’t mind solo trips too. I want to enjoy 2021 amidst nature and enjoy the beauty of it. Also, like everyone else I am looking forward to the COVID-19 vaccine.

The post A lot of expectations from 2021, say Tele-Celebs first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

2020 came as a big surprise, didn’t it? While we dreamt of flying cars and floating houses, an unknown virus took over the world. But well, it was not all bad as we finally got some time to spend at home and do what we love to do. Not to forget the household chores that everyone did as a family. So before we bid adieu to 2020, here are some celebs sharing that one habit they picked up during the lockdown and will continue doing it.

Aniruddh Dave: I was always a cleanliness freak but because of the lockdown and the pandemic I have become more particular about it. So, this is something that I will continue. I wash my hands frequently now when touching surfaces at home or handling the raw food or after using the bathroom. Every time we step out we keep a sanitiser handy.

Kettan Singh: The pandemic and the lockdown has made us realise the importance of friends and family. So, now I try to talk to my relatives and friends quite often. I have realised that even a ‘hello, how are you?’ can change someone’s day, so I try to do that.

Adaa Khan: While the lockdown made us realise the importance of spending time with family, it also somewhere taught us the importance of ‘me’ time. So I have started to spend some time with myself, I do whatever I feel like doing during that time, I sometimes cook, sometimes I watch a show or read a book, that time is mine, and I don’t let anyone or anything take it away from me.

Avinash Mukherjee: The lockdown has made me realise that we should be thankful for whatever we have and be happy with it. I think this feeling of gratitude is going to stay with me forever, and I will never shy away from thanking people around me.

Meera Deosthale: This might sound funny to some, but the habit that I picked up during the lockdown and will continue doing is greeting people with a namaste. I think it’s not just the Coronavirus, but even if someone has a normal cold or cough, this will save me from contracting any sort of infection.

Sucheeta Trivedi: During the lockdown, I spent my days learning typical ‘Patel’ delicacies that my husband loves. And even now, when I have an off or I come back home early from the shoot, I make whatever I can. Also, when sometimes I have planned that I am going to cook something, then my husband and I go grocery shopping too. And I am going to continue this habit.

Yesha Rughani: During the lockdown, I learned various art forms like Mithila painting, Warli art, Lipan art, to name a few. So now whenever I get time, I try to do something creative and spend my day painting. It’s a great stress-buster and being creative is always good.

Rajesh Kumar: The lockdown has taught us the importance of disinfecting. So, now whenever I get time, even if it is before going to work, I disinfect my entire house. It’s a good habit to maintain good hygiene in and around your home, and I will continue doing it.

Rajshri Rani: During the lockdown, I was with my parents and I spent a lot of time reading books. I was never an avid reader, but books have become my best friend now.

Rohit Bhardwaj: The year 2020 began on a very disappointing note for everyone. In just the third month we were all locked up inside our homes. During that time I spent my days cleaning my house, sanitising it, washing everything that I got from outside, and this is the good habit that is going to stay with me forever. We don’t realise but there are so many chemicals and pesticides used on our vegetables that it’s always safe to clean it before storing it in the fridge or somewhere else in the house. Before we say goodbye to 2020, celebs share the one good habit they picked up this year

The post Tele-Celebs share about good habit picked up during lockdown first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.

Sucheeta Trivedi has been a part of the entertainment industry for over four decades. Her show “Indiawaali Maa” keeps her busy, but she confessed that she would love to do something on the OTT platforms. The actress also stated that she is ok with the bold content on them, but, she will not enjoy doing something like that.

“The content on OTT is bold, there is a market for nudity, there is a market for soft porn, there is a market for titillating content, and since there is a market and there are buyers, there are sellers too. Our Indian culture has also been about Kamasutra etc., so I am not very hypocritical about the kind of content out there,” she said.

“But not all shows on OTT are bold. If given an option I won’t be fine doing such scenes. I am not comfortable exposing my body on-screen. I can do sex-comedy, I can do double meaning talks, but I can’t expose, I am just not comfortable doing it,” the “Baa Bahoo Aur Baby” actress said.

Sucheeta also believes that the content on TV, OTT, and films are very different from each other. She said, “The content on OTT is as realistic as it can be. Most of the content is very dark. If you talk about TV, it is very light, in the sense that it’s about family values, love, and romance. Yes, there are reality shows and mythological shows, but mostly it’s very light.”

“Of late I feel it has upgraded a little because people also want to see real actors, they just don’t want to see young faces romancing. There are shows which are very real and relatable too. If we talk about films, there are a plethora of options there. Be it political, thriller, romantic, comedy, there are films in every genre,” she added.

The “Bh Se Bhade” actress also mentioned that OTT platforms have allowed exploring more ideas, and different types of stories.

“I feel OTT has given the power to explore more ideas. You can’t do such things on TV that you can do on OTT. Tomorrow on OTT, you can have a story about a 65-year-old drunk man, or a crazy old woman, but you can’t have that on TV. So OTT has not just provided opportunities to many but has also given birth to a lot of ideas,” she said.

What kind of shows would you love to do on OTT? “I would love to do a ‘Modern Family’ kind of drama on OTT. I would love to be a part of something like ‘Desperate Housewives’, ‘Sex And The City’. I would like to do a love story, a crime thriller, I would also love to do a historical character like Sarojini Naidu.”

“I would basically love to do varied roles on OTT, from a courtesan, to a queen, a psychopath, a computer geek, a surgeon, or may be a chef. The sky is the limit and this platform can give an actor the opportunity to play anything under the sun,” Sucheeta concluded.

The post ‘Indiawaali Maa’ Sucheeta Trivedi is against skin-show! first appeared on Latest News, Breaking News, National News, World News, India News, Bollywood News, Business News, Politics News, Sports News, Entertainment News - CineBuster.
