While everyone knows #AayushSharma as the #Bollywoodstar, not many know the actor belongs to a legacy of political heritage. Grandson of late #SukhRamSharma, and son of #AnilSharma, Aayush Sharma congratulated his father on winning the assembly elections in his hometown, Mandi, #HimachalPradesh.

As the results for the assembly elections have been announced today, Aayush Sharma shared a congratulatory post for the newly elected MLA, i.e. his father, saying “Legacy lives on.. congratulations dad and thank you to all the voters of Mandi to keep faith in the family alive.”

Hailing from the honorable family with a political legacy, Aayush Sharma is the grandson of late Pandit Sukh Ram Sharma, former telecom minister and ex-union minister, who passed away earlier this year in May. Responsible for the telecom revolution in India by making the first call over a cellphone in the country, Pandit Sukh Ram Sharma has been one of the most respected politicians not in Mandi, Himachal but the entire nation.

Aayush’s father has further continued the legacy, and has been currently elected as the MLA from Mandi constituency, with a majority.

On the workfront, Aayush Sharma is currently gearing for two diverse and unique films AS03, and AS04, creating a legacy of his own in Bollywood with the style of announcements with respect to the titles of his films.
