In the recent time there has been a spate of historical movies based on the lives historical personalities. Recent to join the list is a biopic on the life of fearless and mighty King #SamratPrithvirajChauhan. #YashrajFilms has bankrolled it and showed faith in the the directorial prowess of Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi who has researched the subject for 14 years. The trailer was unveiled recently in a grand style. #AkshayKumar, who plays the titular role, expressed, ‘Amazing to see how people want to know more about the valour of the mighty Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan.’

Superstar Akshay Kumar’s next is Yash Raj Films’ first historical, Prithviraj, which is based on the life and valour of the fearless and mighty King Prithviraj Chauhan. He is essaying the role of the legendary warrior who fought valiantly to protect India from the merciless invader Muhammad of Ghor. Akshay is thrilled with the incredibly positive response to the trailer of the film that was launched yesterday and feels humbled that people have connected to the most glorious tribute to the brave warrior who needs to be celebrated.

Akshay says, “I’m thrilled with the response to the trailer of Prithviraj. We wanted to give a glorious and the most authentic tribute to the incredibly valiant Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan and I’m so happy that the trailer has resonated with the audience. Prithviraj has been directed by Dr. Chandraprakash Dwivedi, who is best known for directing the television epic Chanakya and the critically acclaimed film Pinjar. The ethereally gorgeous Manushi Chhillar plays the role of King Prithviraj’s beloved Sanyogita and her launch is definitely one of the most awaited debuts of 2022. The film is set to release on June 3 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Gully Boy actor Siddhant Chaturvedi has had a great year in terms of work even with the lockdown being imposed. The actor has multiple movies in his kitty and has been signed by six coveted brands in just such a short span of time since he started his career.

Siddhant started the year with shooting for Yashraj films’ Bunty Aur Babli 2 but some part of the shoot was remaining when lockdown was initiated. Even on lockdown, the actor made the best of his time and released ‘Dhoop’ which was his debut song as a singer.

Siddhant has had movie announcements in this time frame too and recently, the actor became the face of a leading atheleisure brand, adding another high profile brand under his belt.

Siddhant is hot on the brand circuit as his debut character MC Sher made waves across the nation and was relatable to many people from the younger generation.

The actor is very active on social media and often treats his fans with photos and videos of himself working out and even shared poetry that he himself writes.

Siddhant’s popularity grows day by day and on the work front, Siddhant is currently shooting for Shakun Batra’s next film which is yet to be titled and will be produced by Dharma Productions. The film also stars Deepika Padukone and Ananya Panday in the lead.
