‘Dashavatar’ Gets a Sensational Weekend Opening with ₹5.22 Crores!
Touted as one of the grandest films in Marathi cinema, Zee Studios’ Dashavatar has taken the box office by storm from the moment it released. Audiences have been flocking to theatres in huge numbers to witness its grandeur, with the film receiving overwhelming appreciation from critics, industry insiders, and viewers alike. In just its first three days, the film collected an impressive ₹5.22 crores, cementing its success and winning hearts across Maharashtra.
Buzz around the film had already begun well before its release. The curiosity sparked by the posters was further fueled by the teaser, and the trailer pushed excitement to its peak. That anticipation translated into numbers at the box office: Dashavatar opened across 325 screens with 600 shows, which grew to 800 shows on Saturday and 975 on Sunday — almost all of them housefull.
Through Dashavatar, audiences are treated to a vibrant showcase of Konkan’s rich traditions, folk art, and cultural heritage. The gripping storyline, coupled with powerful performances, has kept viewers thoroughly engaged.
