The Goa Hindu Association’s “Subhedar Guest House” Premieres on December 25!

The leading organization in Marathi theatre, The Goa Hindu Association, known for consistently delivering high-quality plays and musicals to audiences, is once again gearing up to serve the stage after a brief hiatus. In collaboration with Sukalp Chitra, this fresh pure Marathi play, Subhedar Guest House, will premiere for theatre enthusiasts starting December 25. Produced by The Goa Hindu Association, Kalpak Sadanand Joshi, and Amarja Godbole, the play’s first show in Pune is set for December 25 at Yashwantrao Chavan Natyagruha, Kothrud, followed by its Mumbai debut on December 26 at Shivaji Mandir.

Written by Shirish Dekhne and directed by #VijayKencare, Subhedar Guest House features powerhouse performances by Saurabh Gokhale, Shantanu Moghe, Angad Mhaskar, Mrunmayi Gondhalekar, Vinita Date, Sana Kulkarni, Rohit Deshmukh, and Anand Patil in key roles.The production boasts impressive credentials: sets by Pradeep Mulye, music by Ajit Parb, lyrics by Vaibhav Joshi, lighting by Sheetal Talpade, costumes by Mangal Kencare, and makeup by Sharad Vichare. Anchoring the show are compères Shrikant Tatkare and Rajendra Pai.
