New Rap Song ‘Phukt Apan’, from ‘Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos’, Released!

Aamir Khan Productions, one of the leading production banners in the country, is set to bring another entertainer to the big screen with Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos. Billed as a spy comedy, the film is helmed by debut director and actor-comedian Vir Das, who also plays the lead. He is joined by Mona Singh and Mithila Palkar in key roles. The trailer and songs have already generated strong buzz and raised anticipation among audiences.
As the film inches closer to its release, the makers have now dropped a brand-new song titled ‘Phukt Apan’. An energetic and quirky track featuring a mix of Marathi and English rap, the video shows Vir Das, Mona Singh, Mithila Palkar, and Sharib Hashmi passing around a briefcase marked “confidential” as it makes its way through the streets of Mumbai.

The song culminates with Vir Das taking the chaos straight into a cinema hall, ending with the film’s release date, in cinemas on 16th January. With its catchy beats, fun lyrics, and vibrant visuals, Phukt Apan further adds to the growing excitement around the film.
Aamir Khan Productions has consistently been at the forefront of meaningful and path-breaking storytelling with films such as Lagaan, Taare Zameen Par, Dangal, and Secret Superstar. Continuing this legacy, the production house comes together once again with Vir Das for Happy Patel: Khatarnak Jasoos. Widely loved for his global comedy specials and standout performances in Go Goa Gone, Badmaash Company, and the cult hit Delhi Belly, Vir Das marks his second collaboration with the banner after Delhi Belly, making this reunion one of the most eagerly awaited releases.
Produced under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions, Happy Patel will be directed by Vir Das and is slated to release in theatres on 16th January 2026.
