The Trailer of Dhabkaaro, Directed by National Award-Winning Filmmaker Abhishek Shah, Out!
Marking 75 years of storytelling, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment presents the trailer of its first Gujarati film, ‘Dhabkaaro’, in collaboration with The Moving Manch and Harfanmaula Films. The film is set to release in cinemas on Gujarat Divas, May 1, 2026.
The trailer takes you deeper into the journey of a man, played by Deven Bhojani, who is trying to change his life while dealing with his past. Along the way, Aarjav Trivedi brings warmth and hope, becoming a positive presence in his journey. With moments that feel real and heartfelt, the story unfolds in an honest way. Staying true to Abhishek Shah’s style, the film feels rooted, relatable, and explores human emotions and the idea of change.
Speaking about his character, Deven Bhojani shared, “In Dhabkaaro, I almost play a dual personality. There are so many layers to the character, he’s good, he’s bad, and he’s also ugly. He’s unethical, immoral, shameless, lewd, but he also is polite, humble, guilty, loving and caring. His contrasting characteristics across situations and timeframes are what make the journey so compelling.”
Sharing his vision, director Abhishek Shah said, “With Dhabkaaro, I want the audience to feel that no one is beyond change. At its core, the film is about the human heartbeat, not just as a physical pulse, but as a symbol of conscience, guilt, love, and redemption.”
Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Abhishek Shah, known for Hellaro and Umbarro, Dhabkaaro promises a story that is both thought-provoking and engaging.
Dhabkaaro is produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Yatin Panchasara, Kandisa Panchasara, Amar Desai, Jayminn Patell, Aayush Patel, Abhishek Shah, Mit Jani, and Prateek Gupta, with Dipti Dinesh Jindal serving as the associate producer. The film is written and directed by Abhishek Shah.
With the trailer now out, Dhabkaaro is all set to arrive in cinemas on May 1, 2026.
