New Poster of ‘Drushya-Adrushya,’ Released!

Certain movies draw viewers in with compelling narratives or standout acting. The forthcoming Marathi suspense thriller ‘Drushya-Adrushya’ stands out for both, with its enigmatic title piquing interest and the newly released poster ramping up the hype. It’s scheduled to premiere in theaters throughout Maharashtra on June 19.

The film previously turned heads at the 56th International Film Festival of India (IFFI), generating international buzz. Now, the striking poster has reignited excitement. Produced by RST Canvas, it boasts producers Pradhyot Pendharkar, Anil Varkhade, Dattaji Thorat, Dhananjay Thorat, Prithviraj Khedkar, Yuvraj Khedkar, and Ashwini Khedkar. Milind Lele directs.
Pooja Sawant, a familiar face in Marathi and Hindi films, leads the cast with a gripping expression on the poster that amplifies the mystery. The visuals evoke a fragile boundary between the seen and unseen, concealing profound secrets and hinting at a tangled web of reality and deception. Actor Ashok Samarth, depicted in police attire behind her, deepens the suspense.

Lele also penned the story and screenplay. Joining Sawant are Ashok Samarth, Suvrat Joshi, Hardik Joshi, Akshaya Gurav, Vidyadhar Joshi, and Keya Ingle in key roles. Asmita Kulkarni wrote the dialogues, Valay Mulgund provided lyrics, and Ashish Mujumdar along with Devdatt Baji composed the music. Priyanka Barve and Nidhi Hegde lend their voices to the tracks, choreographed by Deepak Debnath. The crew includes makeup artist Mahesh Barate, costume designer Kirti Jangam-Joshi, cinematographer Amol Salunke, editor Sachin Wagh, and art director Nitin Borkar.
