Vaastu consultant and astrologer Dr. Khoja believes that the right energy can transform a person’s destiny!
In an era where people across the world are searching for guidance, positivity and balance in life, renowned Vaastu consultant and astrologer Dr. Khoja believes that the right energy can transform a person’s destiny.
“Vaastu has the power to change our life in positive ways. When the energy around us changes, our thinking, decisions and opportunities also begin to change,” says Dr. Khoja, whose work today extends far beyond India to several countries across the globe.
Originally from Vapi, Gujarat, Dr. Khoja moved to Mumbai with a vision of making a meaningful impact through the ancient sciences of Vaastu and Astrology. Through years of study, research and practical experience, he has built a reputation as one of the most recognized names in the field.
A two-time Gold Medalist and a distinguished name in the India Book of Records, Dr. Khoja has mastered multiple disciplines, including Vedic Astrology, Nadi Astrology, Lal Kitab, Numerology, Palmistry, Face Reading and Western Astrology. His consultations today are sought not only across India but also in countries such as the United States, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, East Africa, Malaysia and Thailand.
Over the years, Dr. Khoja has shared the stage with several prominent personalities, including Vivek Oberoi, Daisy Shah, Udit Narayan, Kumar Sanu, Annu Kapoor, Esha Gupta, Sangeeta Bijlani and stand-up comedian Rajiv Thakur. His growing popularity has made him a familiar face at national and international events focused on spirituality, Vaastu and personal growth.
Recently, Dr. Khoja participated in a major international conference in Malaysia, where leading Vaastu experts, astrologers and spiritual scholars from different countries gathered to exchange ideas and experiences. During the event, he highlighted the increasing global interest in Indian Vaastu and the role it can play in improving both personal and professional lives.
According to Dr. Khoja, some of his most significant assignments have involved working with industrialists, business owners and large commercial projects in different countries. One such case took him to Nairobi, Kenya, where a 20-storey residential complex had gained a reputation for repeated negative incidents. Fear among residents had reduced occupancy to nearly five percent.
Dr. Khoja spent almost 25 days studying the structure and surrounding environment before recommending a series of Vaastu corrections and energy-balancing measures. According to him, the atmosphere gradually improved, confidence among residents returned and the occupancy level eventually rose dramatically.
Another milestone in his career came through his association with a popular astrology programme on Radio Mirchi, which reached millions of listeners across India. The show reportedly received more than 100 calls every day from people seeking guidance on family, career, business and personal challenges.
Reflecting on that experience, Dr. Khoja says, “The greatest achievement is not fame or awards. It is the trust people place in you when they seek guidance during the most important moments of their lives.”
While his predictions and consultations have earned him recognition, Dr. Khoja insists that his mission goes beyond forecasting the future.
“Astrology and Vaastu should not create fear. Their purpose is to help people understand opportunities, overcome challenges and move forward with confidence and positivity,” he says.
Today, with a growing international presence spanning India, USA, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, Dr. Khoja continues to help individuals, families and businesses through his expertise in Vaastu and Astrology.
From a young man in Vapi with a passion for ancient knowledge to an internationally recognized consultant, Dr. Khoja’s journey reflects the growing global acceptance of Indian spiritual sciences and the belief that positive energy can truly transform lives.
