Panorama Studios, Cult Digital and Prakash Films Join Hands With Sujay Dahake For ‘Tujhya AaiLa’ and ‘RaktaPhal’!
Strengthening its focus on regional cinema, Panorama Studios has joined hands with Cult Digital and Prakash Films to co-produce and release two ambitious Marathi films by two-time National Award-winning filmmaker Sujay Dahake — ‘Tujhya AaiLa’ and ‘RaktaPhal’.
Both films have completed principal photography and are currently in post-production, with promotional campaigns set to begin soon. The films are scheduled for theatrical releases between September 2026 and March 2027. The collaboration further expands Panorama Studios’ regional content slate while bringing together established industry expertise and emerging creative voices to support original Marathi stories with strong theatrical potential.
Leading the collaboration is ‘Tujhya AaiLa’, an emotionally driven drama directed by Sujay Dahake. The film is produced by Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak and Murlidhar Chhatwani of Panorama Studios; Suniil Jaiin, Aditya Joshi and Mohit Aroora of Cult Digital; and Rajesh Singh of Prakash Films. Meghana Pramanik serves as the co-producer. Featuring acclaimed performers Rajshri Deshpande, Sambhaji Bhagat and Rohini Hattangadi, the film is set to arrive in cinemas on 25 September 2026.
The second film, ‘RaktaPhal’, is a contemporary, youth-focused fantasy-comedy-thriller that explores the emotional conflicts and contradictions of today’s generation. Featuring Upendra Limaye, Amruta Khanvilkar, Gauri Nalawade, Ketaki Kulkarni, Mayur More of ‘Kota Factory’ fame, and popular influencer Aditya Thackeray, the film unfolds against the vibrant yet isolating world of Goa’s wellness tourism, nightlife and class aspirations.
Directed by Sujay Dahake, ‘RaktaPhal’ recently wrapped an extensive 40-day shooting schedule in Goa and is slated for a theatrical release in February–March 2027.
The partnership is driven by a shared vision of taking Marathi cinema to a wider audience through distinctive storytelling while expanding its commercial footprint beyond traditional regional markets. By combining Panorama Studios’ industry reach with the creative vision of Cult Digital, Prakash Films and Sujay Dahake, the collaboration aims to bring original Marathi narratives to audiences across the country.
Kumar Mangat Pathak, Chairman, Panorama Studios, said, “We have always believed strongly in Marathi cinema and the exceptional stories and talent emerging from the industry. Our previous associations with Marathi films have been rewarding, both creatively and in terms of the recognition they have received. With ‘Tujhya AaiLa’ and ‘RaktaPhal’, we are delighted to continue this journey with Cult Digital, Prakash Films and Sujay Dahake. Both films represent fresh and distinctive stories rooted in Marathi culture, while having the potential to connect with audiences across India.”
Filmmaker Sujay Dahake said, “Cinema has always been about telling stories that are emotionally honest, socially relevant and creatively fearless. What makes this collaboration exciting is the shared belief among all the partners in the power of original storytelling. With ‘Tujhya AaiLa’ and ‘RaktaPhal’, we are exploring two very different worlds, and I am looking forward to bringing them to audiences with the collective support of Panorama Studios, Cult Digital and Prakash Films.”
Suniil Jaiin and Aditya Joshi, Founders, Cult Digital, and Rajesh Singh of Prakash Films, added, “Our association with Panorama Studios marks an important milestone for us. Together, we aim to create cinema that remains rooted in its cultural identity while speaking to contemporary audiences. We believe ‘Tujhya AaiLa’ and ‘RaktaPhal’ reflect the growing ambition and creative possibilities of Marathi filmmaking. We look forward to developing this association further and building a long-term partnership.”
With production on both projects now complete, the collaboration marks the beginning of a broader strategic relationship between Panorama Studios, Cult Digital and Prakash Films, with a focus on developing high-quality regional cinema that can resonate with audiences nationally. Further announcements regarding the films’ promotional campaigns and release strategies are expected in the coming months.
