Dr. Khoja

Interview: Energy, Karma, and Destiny: In Conversation with Dr. Khoja!

In an era where people across the globe are constantly seeking guidance, balance, and positivity, renowned Vaastu consultant and astrologer Dr. Khoja believes that aligning surrounding energy can fundamentally transform human destiny. Originally from Vapi, Gujarat, Dr. Khoja moved to Mumbai with a vision to make a meaningful impact through ancient sciences. Today, the two-time Gold Medalist, India Book of Records holder, and PhD holder has expanded his practice across India and to international destinations including the US, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Kenya, and South Africa. In this exclusive conversation with our Sr Editor Keerti Kadam, Dr. Khoja shares insights on Vaastu principles, the impact of planetary alignments, and how ancient wisdom intersects with human actions.
On Core Practice and Belief

CineBuster: You practice Vaastu, Vedic and Western astrology, Nadi astrology, Numerology, Palmistry, and Face Reading, alongside holding a PhD and two gold medals. If you had to summarize your introduction in a single line, how would you describe yourself?

Dr. Khoja: Master of all sorts—simple and brief. Ancient sciences like Astrology and Vaastu play a foundational role in human life. Many of the most prosperous individuals in India and globally, including industry leaders like Mukesh Ambani, respect these principles. Our existence revolves around the five elements (Panchatatva); they were present when we arrived in this world, and they remain long after we leave.

On South-West Doors and Architectural Energies

CineBuster: There is a common belief that a South-West entrance is unfavorable or even dangerous. Is that a myth or reality?

Dr. Khoja: It is not a myth; it is a reality. In my experience, a South-West entrance often acts as a portal for negative energies, which can manifest as deep uneasiness or disturbances within a space.

CineBuster: Yet, some people living in homes with South-West entrances appear to prosper. Is this dependent on specific angular degrees?

Dr. Khoja: It is entirely about degrees. The critical span generally lies between 200 degrees and 245 degrees, covering the South-South-West and South-West zones. When evaluating locations with severe energy imbalances or negative disturbances, the entry point consistently falls within this precise arc. Angles below 180 or 190 degrees, as well as those above 245 degrees, do not carry the same negative implications.

CineBuster: Modern architecture often replaces standard walls with massive windows or balconies. Does the main flat entrance matter more, or do secondary openings affect energy as well?

Dr. Khoja: Architectural alterations matter significantly. I once managed a project where a previously high-performing property experienced a sharp decline in growth. Upon investigation, I discovered that an old balcony had been closed off. Once we restored the opening with a traditional wooden frame, the positive flow and growth returned. Every major opening impacts the space’s overall energy field.

CineBuster: What precautions or remedies exist for someone who cannot change a South-West entrance?

Dr. Khoja: While complete corrections require precise professional energy-balancing, placing a yellow light bulb outside the entrance can offer temporary relief by mitigating a portion of the negative impact. However, popular visual remedies like hanging a Panchamukhi Hanuman idol right above a shoe rack often backfire—not because of the deity, but due to disrespect caused by improper placement and environmental neglect. Remedies must be logically applied, not blindly followed.

On Karma, Repentance, and Destiny

CineBuster: Why do some people struggle to find the right guidance or solutions for their space and lives?

Dr. Khoja: Guidance aligns with a person’s actions and intent. When individuals face persistent hardship, genuine reflection and seeking forgiveness are the first steps toward resolution. Nature operates on balance; when sincere intent is put out, guidance follows. Often, when clients come to me with severe cases, their breakthrough begins the moment they reach an emotional turning point and ask for help with humility.

On the Science of the Nine Planets

CineBuster: How real is the influence of planetary positions on a human being?

Dr. Khoja: It is completely real; we are fundamentally shaped by planetary influences. Consider why human gestation typically spans nine months—each month corresponds to the nurturing influence of one of the nine planets (Navagraha).
At the exact moment of birth, planetary positions—determined by date, time, latitude, and longitude—are fixed. These coordinates influence physical structure and baseline tendencies. Even the human body naturally features nine primary openings, reflecting this core alignment.

CineBuster: Can planetary periods, such as Rahu’s Mahadasha, be managed or redirected?

Dr. Khoja: Planetary periods can elevate or challenge a person depending on how their mathematical charts are analyzed and managed. Complex cases can be systematically turned around with precise remedies and structured guidance.

On Intergenerational Karma and Face Reading
CineBuster: Does Numerology, such as changing name spellings, genuinely make a difference?

Dr. Khoja: Name corrections act as fine-tuning elements within a broader system. Think of Vaastu and Astrology as the primary core, while Numerology provides the adjustments that refine the overall outcome.
CineBuster: You also mentioned that actions have wider consequences. How does that manifest in families?

Dr. Khoja: Universal balance ensures that actions carry consequences. Sometimes, the impact of a person’s choices is felt through the well-being of their loved ones, as emotional bonds make people most sensitive to their family’s experiences. True progress requires maintaining ethical conduct in both personal and professional life.

CineBuster: Beyond structural analysis, you are also known for Face Reading. How does that translate into understanding people?

Dr. Khoja: Facial features and body language reveal a person’s core nature—whether someone is driven by emotion, highly analytical under pressure, or cautious. Recognizing these innate traits allows for better personal alignment, clearer decision-making, and a more balanced life.
