Spider-Man: Brand New Day crosses the $2 billion mark in just three weeks!

Sony Pictures India’s Spider-Man: Brand New Day has delivered a record-breaking performance at the worldwide box office. Led by Tom Holland, the blockbuster has emerged as the first film of the year to cross the $2 billion milestone globally while becoming the second-fastest movie in history to achieve this feat. In India, the film continues its dominant run, racking up Rs 538 crore gross overall and adding Rs 28.7 crore in its third weekend.

The film wrapped its third weekend globally on a strong note, collecting $785 million in North America and $1.23 billion internationally, taking its worldwide gross to $2.022 billion. With this, Spider-Man: Brand New Day has set several new benchmarks at the global box office.

Not only has the film become the second-fastest movie ever to cross the $2 billion milestone, but it has also become only the eighth film in history to enter the coveted $2 billion club. Spider-Man: Brand New Day has further cemented its place in the franchise’s history by becoming the highest-grossing Spider-Man film ever.
