Don’t Be Shy has officially broken into Prime Video’s Global Top 10 list for Films and Series, securing the #7 spot among non-English films worldwide this week. Since debuting on September 25, the young-adult romantic comedy has captivated viewers with its relatable narrative surrounding friendship, first love, heartbreak, ambition, and the wild ride of growing up. Written and directed by #SreetiMukerji, produced by #AliaBhatt and #ShaheenBhatt under Eternal Sunshine Productions, and co-produced by Grishma Shah and Vikesh Bhutani, the film stars four newcomers—Aarushi Bajaj, Ansh Duggal, Bianca Arora, and Piyush Khati. At the heart of Don’t Be Shy is Shyamili ‘Shy’ Das (Aarushi Bajaj), a fiercely independent young girl whose seemingly perfect and meticulously planned life begins to unravel when things take an unexpected turn.
