Father-Son Jodi, Sayaji Shinde and Siddharth Shinde, to be seen together in ‘Vishnubala’!

At present, the next generation of artistes is increasingly being seen in lead roles on the silver screen. Whether in politics or the entertainment industry, fathers and sons working together is no longer new. In cinema, too, there has long been a tradition of father-son duos appearing together. Now, a special pair is set to join this list.

Renowned actor #SayajiShinde, known for his work in Marathi, Hindi, and South Indian cinema, is all set to make his son Siddharth Sayaji Shinde’s debut in Marathi cinema. This father-son duo will work together on the Marathi silver screen in the upcoming film Vishnubala. Following in his father’s footsteps, #SiddharthSayajiShinde is all set to begin his acting journey.

Siddharth will be seen in an important role in Vishnubala. “I have been drawn to this field since my college days. To work in this industry, I also received formal training in acting. I had decided that I wanted to begin my career with Marathi cinema. With this film, my debut and the opportunity to work with my father have come together—a truly delightful coincidence,” he said. Both father and son expressed that they are happy to entertain audiences through this film. Watching this father-son pair together will certainly be a special treat for viewers.

Vishnubala is being produced under the banners of Shiv Samarth Film Production and Cinematic Safari Film Production. The film has been written by Arvind Jagtap, while the direction is being handled by Anup Jagdale, who earned success with the historical film Ravrambha. The production is by Shiv Samarth Film Production, with Sachin Kshirsagar as co-producer and Aditya Gaikwad as executive producer.

Based on a true story, the film centres on Vishnubala, the protagonist of a blood-soaked conflict, a role that will be portrayed by Sayaji Shinde. The grand film will also bring together a host of artistes from the Marathi and Hindi film industries. It will be released not only in Marathi but also in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil.
