A Platform Focused on Emotional Safety and Self-Leadership for Women, ‘Thrive with Juhi Parmar’!
Actress Juhi Parmar, widely recognised for her work on Indian television, is now stepping into a new role beyond the screen with the launch of Thrive with Juhi Parmar, a platform focused on emotional safety and self-leadership for women. Known for her resilience both on and off camera, Parmar is channeling her personal experiences into a deeper purpose guiding women to build inner strength that translates into meaningful real-life transformation.
While the audience has seen her strength as an actor and public figure, Juhi says her most profound growth happened privately. Personal life transitions tested her confidence, identity and emotional grounding, pushing her to look inward and understand the deeper emotional patterns that shape how women respond to life’s challenges.
Her interest in understanding women’s lived experiences has also been reflected in her earlier work. Through her podcast SheRose, Parmar engaged with women from different walks of life who had navigated challenging journeys, bringing forward stories of resilience and transformation. Similarly, through her recent Zee show Kahani Har Ghar Ki, where women opened up to her about their struggles and she helped them explore paths toward strength and solutions.
Through personal embodiment and years of deep study, multiple courses and becoming a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Master Practitioner, Parmar immersed herself in emotional regulation and understanding subconscious mind. These learnings eventually shaped the philosophy that now forms the foundation of her work with women.
Speaking about her mission, Juhi says, “I am on a mission to help women feel safe and grounded internally, so they can change their outer reality. Most women don’t lack strength. They lack emotional safety within themselves. When a woman feels emotionally safe, she stops shrinking. She raises her standards and leads differently. When she stops surviving and starts choosing, everything shifts.”
Through Thrive with Juhi Parmar, she offers structured mentorship and experiential work designed to help women move from emotional overwhelm to clarity, confidence and grounded self-leadership. Her approach focuses on helping women regulate emotions, break repeating patterns and rebuild self-trust so they can step into their lives with greater awareness and intention.
With this new chapter, Juhi Parmar aims to build what she describes as a category defining space in India, where emotional safety is not seen as softness, but as the foundation of powerful, self-led living.
