It’s all about managing your time, says actor #AbhishekKumaarr, who is currently part of the show #KumkumBhagya. The actor says that it depends on how you prioritize your work and if you still feel you have no time for yourself, it might be time to rethink your decisions.

“Everyone is occupied with their respective careers but I don’t agree with people when they complain that they don’t have time. I have seen a lot of people saying we work the entire day and still don’t have time for ourselves. What is the use of such work when you can’t take out even 45 minutes from your entire day? So instead of complaining, I’ll say try to manage your time. Try to make a schedule for the next day, the night before,” he says.

Social media is a place where people spend a lot of time, says the actor. “There are pros and cons of social media. Social media is good to an extent if you use it right. The same goes for phones or any technology, which we have today in our lives. We are trying to match ourselves with other people. If you like spending time with your family on Sundays then you can take a break from your phone or anything which you want. I agree with the fact that social media is good if we use the platforms in the right way and we know how to limit them,” he says, adding, “I feel life is very simple, it’s us who make it complicated. Social media has its own pros and cons. It’s on us how much to use it. We have started taking social media seriously because of societal pressure. Social media should be there just for instant gratification. It should not affect your personal life at all.”

Time management is all about how you plan your day, says Abhishek, adding, “Everyone gets the same 24 hours but there are a few people who complete each and every task within those 24 hours and still they have some time left to spare. On the other hand, there are people who can’t complete their work before the day ends. It’s totally about our priorities, how we plan our day. Two tips which I would like to share is to plan your day properly. write down your priority work in a diary. Also, don’t overload yourselves. Do only what is essential so that you can give time to yourselves. It is very important to keep a balanced life, personally and professionally.”
