The recently launched trailer of the film has already sparked conversations with its deeply poetic essence and promises a moving family entertainer that blends music, emotion, and storytelling beautifully.
Brought to life by Mahashri Production and Yuvraj Cine Creation, Ashtapadi is a creative collaboration between producers Uttkarsh Jain and Mahendra Patil. Interestingly, Uttkarsh Jain dons the director’s hat as well, while the foundation of the film’s narrative — the story, screenplay, and dialogues — has been penned by Mahendra Patil, who also serves as the film’s creative director.
The trailer opens with a captivating verse: “Kunich nasava avatibhavati, samor tu astana…” — instantly setting a lyrical and romantic tone. Actor Santosh Juvekar steps into the role of a poetic soul, while Mayuri Kapadane adds elegance and emotion as the muse, giving the audience a glimpse into a tender, heartfelt connection.
