Behzaad Khan remembers his one-take scene from Siddharth Anand’s ‘Fighter’!

Looking back at his journey in Fighter, #BehzaadKhan fondly revisits the experience of working under director #SiddharthAnand and being part of a film that stood tall on scale, discipline and cinematic precision. Calling it a memorable throwback, the actor opens up about a particular scene that left a lasting impact on him – a scene that demanded intense preparation, emotional balance and complete surrender to the moment, and was ultimately wrapped up in just a single take.

Behzaad says, “Working in Siddharth Anand’s Fighter was truly special. There was one scene of mine that required complete focus and emotional control, and we managed to crack it in one take. That moment stayed with me because it reminded me how preparation and trust in the director’s vision can create magic on screen.” Elaborating further, he shares that the pressure was immense, as every expression and movement had to be spot on. Yet, the clarity on set and the confidence instilled by the director allowed him to perform instinctively, proving that solid groundwork always shows in the final frame.

He adds, “What made the experience even more enriching was the incredible cast. Being surrounded by such talented and committed actors automatically raises your own performance. Everyone came prepared, everyone respected the process, and that energy reflects on screen.” Behzaad explains that working alongside such focused performers created a sense of healthy pressure and motivation. The collective discipline ensured that no one took the craft lightly, making every scene feel purposeful and powerful.

He further says, “Siddharth Anand runs a very tight ship. He knows exactly what he wants, and as an actor, that clarity helps you deliver your best.
