Dr. Niket Patel creates awareness regarding fertility health and up-to-date surgical procedures!

Dr. Niket Patel was born on the 27th of December 1989, in Anand, Gujarat. Medical runs in his blood. His parents are Dr. Nayna Patel & Dr. Hitesh Patel. He was always curious to know how medicine could heal people. He attended Anandalaya Education Society. There, his dedication and concentration were observed by his teachers. Ever since childhood, he envisioned helping families, particularly women, with health-related problems. Post-schooling, he pursued MBBS in Pramukhswami Medical College. Later he completed MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. His initial exposures built his trajectory into fertility care and surgery. It was the foundation for his career that is now based on patient welfare.
After completion of his medical education, Dr. Patel specialized in IVF and minimal access surgery. He sought to simplify treatments. He wants to make them safer and more effective for couples with fertility problems. Couples who took years to conceive found solace in his advice. He also educated women on fertility preservation. This enabled them to plan motherhood without undue stress. His composure and tolerance made visits pleasant. It even calmed nervous couples’ fears. This attentiveness fostered trust and enduring relationships with patients. He has done Diploma in Reproductive Medicine, DMAS, FMAS.

Dr. Patel’s commitment has made him receive various awards. He was presented a gold medal by Shri O.P. Kohli, then Governor of Gujarat, during his post-graduation in Gynaecology. In 2024, he was also named National Budding Laparoscopic Surgeon of the Year by ET Health World. Such awards indicate his dedication towards enhancing medical services. Yet, aside from awards, the best gauge of his effort is the families who became parents through his care. The smiles of patients witnessing results are the true extent of the effect of his work and which still motivate him to serve the best.

Dr. Patel wedded Dr. Molina Patel on 30 December 2016 at Aarana Lawns, Vadodara. They have two children, Rishaan and Shaarav Patel. He has close relations with his parents and sister, Dr. Mitali Patel.

Dr. Patel creates awareness regarding fertility health and up-to-date surgical procedures through Akanksha Hospital & Research Institute (AHRI). He is educating the community about health. His advice is now trusted by numerous young families. His work is altering attitudes towards fertility treatment in Anand and throughout Gujarat. His commitment means more people are experiencing modern medicine, building healthier families and a healthier community.
