Tell me about yourself something?
I started this agency 4 years back since then I got good people around, usually people say that media is very bad in industry you get a really bad experience but trust me i got a really good experience, For me this is like a platform where I started my own company where I started to dream about, you get to meet good and bad peoples both but what I think is you need to think and keep your eyes open to understand who are good and bad peoples around then this industry will always treat you good .As I started 4 year back I had no experience of PR.
Before becoming the PR Which field do you work in?
I had come from the sales and market background so when I started PR I started from the zero and I had meetings with the client in the coffee shops so my office has started from the coffee shops and now in this 4 years we had received a good response from the industry at least we are known in the industry now.
How do you handle a stress and pressure?
One advantage which I got is when I started the PR company that I already had that patient level towards the work usually I see in industry that there is a regular structure to pretend yourself same in front of everyone so I don’t believe in that you need to understand the audience and according to the audience you have to do the work of the PR.
Who is your stress buster?
I have a very cute daughter at home she is my stress buster and my husband who is quite supportive and my staff like I don’t treat them as my staff we all enjoy in doing every projects .
Any incident had happen in your life that influenced you to become what you are today ?
Yes!! I was working with a company which I joined for 3 or 4 months, I taught if I m doing so much work for this company so it’s better I should work for my own self at least I’ll be satisfied than making someone else satisfied so at that time I had talk with my husband he said ok you start let’s see what happens I had no clue what I am going to do now luckily I got a project.
Who have supported you for your first project?
Anoop Poddar was the one who gave me my first project he trusted me at that time. So money was not the issue for me I always wanted to be a boss. As per god’s gift today I am the boss of media buzz.
Do you have any interest in sports content?
No! I don’t have any interest in sports as I am not that much interested. I feel like people should do the things in which they are very much good.
What are your future planning further in this organization?
I truly want to start the production house and soon we will start the Event company called Royal Affair so that we get some visibility to everyone in the industry and another thing is we are looking Political Events in 2019.Political and entertainment both my agenda is what I want to do.
