Kubbra Sait talks about ‘The Trial Season 2’, “Ye meri zindagi ka pehla season two hai”!

After giving distinct performances in Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Deva’, followed and Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Son Of Sardaar 2’, #KubbraSait is all set to appear in ‘The Trial Season 2’. The actress will be seen alongside #Kajol in show, and the trailer of it has been dropped today.

In season 2, the actress returned as Sana Shaikh. Today at the trailer launch, Kubbra shared her excitement about being part of a rare second season in her career.

“The first thing that truly excited me about being a part of the family again is that ye meri zindagi ka pehla season two hai. So far, in any of the shows I’ve done, either my character gets killed off or the makers never make a second season. So, I’d just go hunt for another job,” Kubbra laughed, setting the tone for her heartfelt conversation.

Talking about the journey of Season 2, she said
“It’s been an absolute honour and a life-changing experience to work with the incredible actors Kajol and Jisshu Sengupta. With Season 2, I get the chance to elevate my performance, and that’s possible only because of our incredible director, Umesh Bisht. He’s so warm, humble, and grounded — he helped us take the emotions to levels beyond what I could have imagined.”

Describing her character, Sana Shaikh, Kubbra said,“Sana is very secretive. And to know more about her secret, you’ll have to watch Season 2. In Season 1, Noyonika finds her true friend in Sana, but in Season 2, it’s Sana who finds her true friend in Noyonika.”

Meanwhile, besides ‘The Trial Season 2’, Kubbra Sait will be seen alongside Varun Dhawan and Mrunal Thakur in ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’.
