Lagnacha Shot

‘Lagnacha Shot’ Teaser Launched!

A wedding means joy, chaos, traditions, and a bit of frenzy… but what if it all gets hit by a sudden ‘shot’? This intriguing premise powers the upcoming Marathi film Lagnacha Shot, whose teaser launch event recently unfolded amid massive celebrations. With dhol-tasha beats, wedding-house excitement, fun, and traditional rituals, the sangeet ceremony for the film’s bride and groom—Abhi and Kritika, played by #AbhijitAmkar and #PriyadarshiniIndulkar—took center stage. The duo even exchanged playful ukhane (riddles). The colorful event peaked with the teaser reveal, which thoroughly captivated the audience.

The teaser expands hilariously on the chaos hinted at in the poster: wedding frenzy, wrong decisions, time mix-ups, twists of fate, and the resulting comedic mishaps. True to the title, it blends sudden ‘shots’ of events, unexpected turns, and wedding pandemonium into pure fun.

Standout is the fresh, effortless chemistry between Priyadarshini Indulkar and Abhijit Amkar. Their timed dialogues, expressions, and on-screen rapport ensure this duo will stick in viewers’ minds. The teaser signals a clean, light-hearted, entertaining family watch.Director Akshay Gore says, “Lagnacha Shot doesn’t just view weddings as ceremonies—it’s a fun portrayal of the chaos, emotions, and humor within. Abhijit and Priyadarshini’s chemistry feels utterly natural, and they’ve poured life into their roles. Without preaching, we want audiences to laugh heartily for two hours, enjoy themselves, and connect it to their own wedding memories. This is a clean, honest shot of family entertainment.”

Produced by Mahaperv Films with Jija Film Company’s collaboration, Lagnacha Shot is written and directed by Akshay Gore. Music is by Pravin Koli and Yogita Koli, with producers Akshay Mahadev Gore, Vijay Mahadev Gore, Abhishek Utkarsh Koli, and Suresh Maganlal Prajapati. Releasing February 6, the film stars Priyadarshini Indulkar, Abhijit Amkar, Prabhakar More, Abhijit Chavan, Rajan Tamhane, Leena Pandit, Sanjay Kulkarni, Vijay Pawar, Manohar Jadhav, and Sanjeevani Patil in key roles.
