‘Manus Navacha Vadala’ will revisit the thoughts of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, releases January 2nd!

Taking inspiration from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s ideas, “Manus Navacha Vadal” aims to provide new direction to a directionless society. The Marathi social film will hit big screens from January 2, offering guidance to the society that seems lost. #DrBabasahebAmbedkar gave direction to society not just through his ideas but through action. The pain, injustice, and discrimination he experienced became the strength behind his inspiration. His call to “Learn, Organize, Struggle” supported the journey of a directionless society. Throughout his life, he fought against untouchability, gender inequality, injustice, and oppression. He was not just a leader but a revolutionary of an era. His thoughts gave life, confidence, and a humane path to a directionless society.

However, nowadays, it seems that his thoughts are somewhat fading away as times change. Revisiting his ideas and the struggles he undertook by living those thoughts might help society act differently today. His ideas have always guided society, and this fading legacy is now being revived. Yes, the Marathi social film “Manus Navacha Vadal” is coming soon to guide a directionless society on the big screen. The film will be released in cinemas on January 2.

On the occasion of the death anniversary of the great visionary, Bharat Ratna and architect of the Indian Constitution, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, this film is announced in tribute to his sacred memory. The film features a notable cast including Prashant Vilas Sonawane, Preeti Varhade, Pramod Surve, Paresh More, Chandrakant Sawant, Darshana Mohite, Rajkumar Sawant, Vikas Suryawanshi, Tushar Milind, Sakshi Kadam, Ruhi Jadhav, Sharvari, Udaybhan Bharati, and Vaishali Jadhav in important roles.

Presented by Bahujan Yuva Leadership from Thane-Raigad District under Pravin Bhau Raut, produced by Digims Artistry, and a joint collaboration of SPF Entertainment and Amayra Studios, this film is brought to life. Producer Yogesh Jagdish Lad has shouldered the responsibility of production, while director #PrashantVilasSonawane has directed the film. Prashant Sonawane has also taken on dual roles as director and actor. The screenplay is written by Vilas Sonawane and Purushottam Velhe. The music is composed by Vishal Patil, Kedar Pansare, and Yashodhan Bapat. This film will be showcased on the big screen on January 2, 2026.
