‘Mardaani 3’ becomes the No 1 movie on Netflix India!
Yash Raj Films’ hit film Mardaani 3, starring #RaniMukerji, is a huge hit on streaming as it became the No 1 movie on Netflix India! Not only this, the success of Mardaani 3 on streaming has propelled all 3 films of this blockbuster franchise to now trend in the Top 10 films list!
As of this morning, Mardaani 3 (2026) is at the No 1 spot, the first Mardaani (2014) at No 5 and Mardaani 2 (2019) at No 7 on Netflix India – a huge feat for this much acclaimed franchise which is also the only hit female-led movie franchise of the country.
Mardaani 3 did a business of over 53 crore nett in India and became the highest grossing film of the Mardaani franchise! It also completed 50 days in cinemas, a rare record of sorts for any film in today’s time!
On opening day, Mardaani 3 had surpassed all expectations by becoming the biggest opener for Mardaani franchise & solo Rani Mukerji film. It collected 4 crore on Day 1 to register a mind-blowing start for a female-led film in India!
