Renowned Lavani queen, Megha Ghadge, brings legacy of Bari and Vari in ‘Sangeet Bari Te Vari’!

A family-friendly musical play, #SangeetBariteVari, beautifully explains the meaning of this transition from folk art to devotion. Deeply rooted in Maharashtra’s folk traditions, the legacy of Bari and Vari will now be experienced on stage in a refreshing new form. Sangeet Bari te Vari promises to be an unforgettable treat for theatre lovers. The play showcases devotion through Vari, the essence of folk artistry, and the portrayal of life’s struggles and joys. A vibrant blend of singing, music, dance, and drama ensures audiences a truly captivating experience.

Produced by Megha V.R. Entertainment, the concept of Sangeet Bari te Vari is by Megha Ghadge, with writing by Nachiket Dandekar and direction by Sanket Patil. Choreography is by Yogesh Deshmukh, while the music is composed by Ashutosh Waghmare and lyrics are penned by Aniket Kadam. Set design is by Debashish Bharvad, lighting by Kulbhushan Desai, and costumes by Pranalini, Megha, and Pragnashree, whose creative collaboration adds richness to the production.

Renowned Lavani queen of Marathi entertainment, Megha Ghadge, will be seen in the lead role. She will be joined on stage by Sanjana Patil, Shirish Pawar, Vidhyadhar Nampalle, and other talented actors. Saptasur Music Channel is on board as the music partner. The play is co-produced by Khushboo Jadhav and will soon be staged across Maharashtra.
