Review: Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain! Fun on the Run: Chaotic Road Trip Laughs!
This film adapts the popular TV series into a comedic road trip. Angoori Bhabhi (Shubhangi Atre) plans a temple visit in Uttarakhand to pray for her husband Tiwari’s health, with Vibhuti (Aasif Sheikh) tagging along. Conflict brews when antagonists Shanti (Ravi Kishan) and Kranti (Mukesh Tiwari) enter the picture.
Shanti spots Angoori at a restaurant and takes an interest, but Vibhuti intervenes accidentally dropping burning coal on Shanti’s fresh hairdo. This sparks misunderstandings, wild chases, slapstick humor, and escalating tension.Vibhuti calls in his wife Anita (Vidisha Srivastava) for backup, and Tiwari (Rohitashv Gour) joins the fray. Kranti soon develops a crush on Anita.
The villains scheme to marry the women despite their existing marriages, unleashing chaos, twisted plots, and hilarious uncertainty. The actors shine: Aasif Sheikh nails Vibhuti’s antics, Rohitashv Gour pairs perfectly with him for fights and laughs, Shubhangi Atre brings sweet authenticity to Angoori, and Vidisha Srivastava holds her own as Anita.
Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain! Fun on the Run… tries hard to deliver laughs, but many jokes fall flat. It often feels like stretched-out TV episodes, with the gangster subplot dragging and the scary moments clashing awkwardly.
