Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2

Review: Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 — Kapil Sharma’s Highly Entertaining Show!

After a decade, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon gets its sequel. In Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2, a similar premise from the first part is reused, but with a twist. The film can easily be termed as The Kapil Sharma Show running on the big screen. Needless to say, it is entertaining, and Kapil Sharma doesn’t disappoint as he carries the film on his shoulders with his impeccable comic timing.

Mohan Sharma (#KapilSharma) is in love with Saniya (#HeeraWarina) and converts to Islam to marry her. However, he ends up getting married to Roohi (#AayeshaKhan). Meanwhile, his parents get him married to Meera (#TridhaChaudhary) as they disapprove of Mohan and Saniya’s wedding due to religious reasons. While juggling two marriages, Mohan saves Jenny (#ParulGulati), and circumstances force him to marry her in a church. Her brother, police officer David D’Costa (#SushantSingh), is on the lookout for a man who has married three women, as a church father (#Asrani) has lodged a complaint. Amidst all this mayhem, Mohan locates Saniya and prepares to marry her. What transpires around this chaotic situation forms the crux of the story.

The story may not be novel, but the screenplay is neatly written, with all forms of comedy used as the main ingredient. The director keeps things simple and successfully engages the audience with his storytelling. The production values are high, and the cinematographer beautifully captures the charm of Bhopal. The music is pleasant and complements the narrative well.

Kapil Sharma plays on his home pitch—comedy—with complete ease. Some of his one-liners are hilarious, and he makes even the most unrealistic situations seem believable. Tridha Chaudhary does justice to her role and also showcases her dancing skills. Aayesha Khan looks radiant and delivers a commendable performance. Parul Gulati doesn’t disappoint, while Sushant Singh, Akhilesh Mishra, Vipin Sharma, Supriya Shukla, Manjot Singh, and Jamie Lever provide solid support.

Overall, Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon 2 is a highly entertaining ride, and comedy lovers are sure to enjoy this film.
