Scream 7

Review: Scream 7: Goosebumps Grab You from the Start!

Scream 7 brings back the thrill that sends goosebumps racing across every theater seat.
It hooks you fast at Stu Macher’s house, now an Airbnb full of creepy old props like knives and Woodsboro photos. Two renters arrive excited, taking selfies in the spooky place until Ghostface attacks. Screams fill the air, blood spills, and it ends in a huge fire that feels just like the first movie.

Sidney Prescott (#NeveCampbell) starts protective as a mom guarding her daughter Tatum and family. Then suddenly, the calls begin, and she turns fierce. A video call shows Stu Macher’s evil smile. He died years ago. Sidney thinks it’s AI since it’s only on screen, pulling you into her fear and questions. She jumps into the hunt for the killer stalking her town and targeting Tatum with mean threats. Sidney unmasks one in a wild fight. Knives clash, she barely escapes but later learns the truth: three killers work together, each with old hate.

Gale Weathers (#CourteneyCox) shows up too, her sharp words adding fire to their shared bloody past. Twists keep coming: scary calls, broken live videos with fake clues, and Tatum fighting back with real teen anger. Will Sidney save her daughter? Find out in theatres.

Jumpscares are just right, not too much, but they work great all through the film.
It’s an okay but fun ride mixing old scares with new tech fears.
