‘Sakaal Tar Hou Dhya’, Starring Subodh Bhave and Mansi Naik, Set for Statewide Release in Maharashtra on October 10!

Certain films generate attention right from their announcement, and a lot of that excitement comes from the intrigue of the title itself. One such upcoming Marathi film creating quite a stir is ‘Sakaal Tar Hou Dhya’. Shot in the picturesque locales of #MadhyaPradesh, the much-awaited film is all set to hit theatres across Maharashtra on October 10.

Produced under the banner of #ShreyPictureCompany, ‘Sakaal Tar Hou Dhya’ marks a significant move for #NamrataSinha, who has had an extensive background in television and web series production. With experience in various capacities on major Bollywood projects, Namrata is also the daughter of veteran filmmaker Vinay Sinha, known for cult Hindi hits like ‘Andaz Apna Apna’ and ‘Naseeb’. With this film, she makes her debut as a producer in Marathi cinema.

Helmed by writer-director Alok Jain, the film features celebrated actors Subodh Bhave and Mansi Naik in completely fresh roles. The story promises a compelling and emotionally charged narrative that showcases both actors in avatars unlike anything seen before. The official first look of the film is expected to be unveiled soon.

At its core, ‘Sakaal Tar Hou Dhya’ explores the realities and struggles of life, portraying how one can emerge from hardship with a new sense of purpose and direction.

Director Alok Jain commented, “This is a performance-driven film where the story revolves around just two characters. Yet, it has the depth to keep the audience fully engaged till the end. On the music front, the soundtrack will be presented by Himesh Reshammiya Melodies, the music label of the renowned Bollywood composer Himesh Reshammiya. The songs have been penned by Abhishek Khankar and composed by the talented Rohit Raut, who rose to fame through Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs. Rohit’s previous work has already won him a dedicated fan base for his soulful tunes.

The film’s dialogues have been crafted by Ankush Morade and Omkar Barve, while the cinematography is handled by Sunil Patel. The distribution of the film will be managed by Cinepolis.
