Sheena Chohan’s fitness journey began in childhood, when her father introduced her to early morning runs and basketball practice before school. After his passing, her mother encouraged her to continue through daily karate classes, where Sheena trained for five years, earned her Brown Belt, and represented at state championships. On alternate days, I focus on intensive cardio and martial arts-based workouts to boost agility, flexibility, and endurance. Bootcamps add variety with a balanced mix of strength, stamina, and conditioning.

Sheena also emphasizes the importance of diet and balance in her lifestyle:
