For the past three months, everything had come to a standstill due to Covid 19 pandemic. But in Unlock 1.0 the producers have been allowed to resume shooting of the series following the rules laid down by the state government. Against this backdrop, Sony Marathi channel has started filming in Mumbai by following all the rules laid down by the government. Swarajyajanani Jijamata is the first serial to be shot in Mumbai, post lockdown. The audience loved the series ‘Swarajyajanani Jijamata’ which airs on Sony Marathi channel. The serial is about the life of Jijamata, the saga of a different mother, who created the lion of Swarajya. The shooting of this serial has started at Dadasaheb Phalke Chitranagari. The shooting of this serial has started by running away from all the rules laid down by the government. The entire set has been sanitized. Masks are mandatory on the sets and as per the rules, filming will now take place in the presence of limited personnel. Few people will work on the set and it is the responsibility of the producers to take care of their health. This is the first serial to start shooting in Mumbai. This series’ producer, Dr. Amol Kolte, himself is a medico and he explained modalities to the entire unit present. There was excitement amongst all as All were working after three months. ‘Swarajyajanani Jijamata’ is a historical serial, and as everyone had done their homework during lockdown. There weren’t any delays. Now the entire team of ‘Swarajyajanani Jijamata’ is ready to entertain the audience by keeping their work within the framework of the rules, which airs on Sony Marathi.
