Youthful Song from the Film ‘Nirdhar’ Released!

Films centered around youth have always struck an emotional chord with viewers. The upcoming Marathi musical film Nirdhar brings a relatable story of today’s young generation, promising both entertainment and inspiration. As the title suggests, Nirdhar carries a strong, meaningful message. The film is set to release across Maharashtra on November 28. Recently, a fresh and vibrant youth song from the movie was launched, and since its release, it has been generating buzz on social media.

Produced by #PadmajaWalawalkar under the banner of Jaylakshmi Creation, Nirdhar is written by Dinanath Walawalkar and directed by #DilipBhopale. The newly released song, Vande Mataram…, captures the spirited emotions of today’s youth. The lyrics, penned by Dinanath Walawalkar, are sung by Layshree Venugopal and Omkar Sonawane. The music—composed, directed, and arranged by Raj Janardan Padare—adds a soulful and energetic touch.

The song features a group of youngsters riding in an open jeep, enjoying music with one playing the guitar and another the flute, adding soothing layers to the melody. Meaningful lyrics and pleasant, heartfelt music form the song’s core essence. Beautiful scenic locations and situational cinematography elevate its visual appeal. Seamlessly woven into the narrative, the song appears at a crucial turning point in the film.

Distributed by Pickle Entertainment, Nirdhar stars Dr. Girish Oak, Saurabh Gogate, Pallavi Patwardhan, Pragya Kelkar, Milind Uke, Umesh Bolke, Abhinav Kurne, Janhavi Sawant, Rutuja Kanojia, Abhay Patil, Shreyas Mohite, Dinanath Walawalkar, Yuvraj Zhugar, Ketaki Patil, Pallavi Prasad, Anand Patil, Surendra Ketkar, Vidya Dange, N. D. Chougule, and Komal Randive.

The film’s cinematography is by Atul Supare, choreography by Sangram Bhalkar, and art direction by Vikki Bidkar. Production management is led by Kailas Bhalerao. Makeup is done by Atul Shidhaye, while costumes are designed by Prashant Parker. Rahul Patil serves as associate director, Santosh Jadhav as chief assistant director, Ajay Khade as line producer, and Atharva Walawalkar as the creative producer.
