#SonyEntertainmentTelevision’s #KaunBanegaCrorepati13 kickstarted its Students Special Week on 15th November. While we saw contestant Krishiv play a wonderful game yesterday, tonight we will see #VanshiChauhan take the hotseat. Vanshi Chuahan is a gold medalist in English Olympiad and silver medalist in Cyber Olympiad who loves to play badminton. A young girl with great ambitions of becoming a doctor when she grows up, Vanshi will be seen on the hot seat tonight and will be seen playing the game along with the host Mr. Amitabh Bachchan. She possesses a unique talent of sensory substitution which has been developed through brain excercise and can read a book through smell sense with blindfold on eyes and identify the color of the object through touch sense with eyes covered.
A booklover who loves Harry Potter and author JK Rowling will be seen engaging in fun conversations with Big B and also ask him many questions. An avid badminton player who has been practicing this sport for about 4 years now, she looks up to PV Sindhu and is inspired by her calmness on ground and sportsmanship spirit. Born in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, Vanshi soon shifted to Gurgaon & then to Bangalore and has been doing her schooling from Delhi Public School Bangalore East. With keen interest in English and Science, Vanshi fears Maths and her biggest pet peeve is when her father – Nikhil Chauhan takes her Maths studies. Having a younger sister in Vritika, the two share a sweet bond – entertaining and hilarious at all times. Also, she finds her best friend in her grandfather (Nanu) and video calls him everyday before sleeping.
Sharing more about her experience on the show, Vanshi Chauhan shares, “’Kaun Banega Crorepati 13’ is a platform that will help me achieve my dreams in the future. I aspire to become a doctor and the points that I win from here will be invested in my studies. Being on the show has been a great learning experience for me and I will cherish all the memories that I had here.
