Hombale Films announces its official entry into Overseas Distribution.
This strategic expansion marks a significant new chapter in the company’s journey, driven by a clear vision to take Indian cinema to a wider global audience. With a strong track record of mounting large-scale films that resonate across languages and cultures, Hombale Films now aims to build a structured and focused International distribution network.
Importantly, this initiative will not be limited to films produced by Hombale Films. The company will collaborate with filmmakers and production houses across India to ensure diverse Indian stories reach audiences worldwide.
Hombale Films has become one of India’s most impactful film studios, not only producing commercial blockbuster films but also delivering culturally impactful cinema that breaks regional barriers. Producing hit such as Ninnindale and Masterpiece before raising the bar with Raajakumara and KG.F: Chapter 1, a phenomenon across India that changed the way films made in Kannada language perform in theaters across the country, followed by KG.F: Chapter 2, Kantara and the Telugu language blockbuster Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, creating records at the box office each time.

With films released in 2025 alone, Hombale Films produced Kantara: Chapter 1, one of the highest-grossing Indian films of the year, and presented Mahavatar Narsimha. Both films received formal listing in the Academy Awards’ General Entry List for Oscar consideration, thus securing their places among the approximately 200+ films worldwide eligible for nomination in various categories like Best Picture and Best Animated Feature. The production house is all set with their upcoming films which include, Salaar 2, a film with Hrithik Roshan, KGF 3 and many more lined up.
