As excitement continues to build for Excel Entertainment and Amazon MGM Studios’ highly anticipated Mirzapur: The Movie, lead stars Ali Fazal and Divyenndu are bringing the cast and their families together for a grand celebration ahead of the film’s release.

Ahead of bringing India’s biggest OTT franchise to the silver screen, the duo will host an intimate daawat in Mumbai. According to an insider source, “Ali Fazal and Divyenndu will host a private dinner in Bandra tonight for their families and close friends. The evening is expected to be a relaxed get-together with good food and conversation as the actors gear up for the release of Mirzapur: The Movie. The stars will reportedly be clothed in traditional attire for the grand daawat.”

Marking the transition of the iconic series to cinemas, Mirzapur: The Movie promises a high-octane theatrical experience for fans. Presented by Amazon MGM Studios and Excel Entertainment, the film is directed by Gurmmeet Singh and written by Puneet Krishna. Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar alongside co-producers Kassim Jagmagia and Vishal Ramchandani, the action drama releases in theatres worldwide on September 4, 2026.
