Supriya Pathare to play a politician for the first time in Star Pravah’s Tujhyakade Tula Magne!

Actress Supriya Pathare will be seen in a completely new avatar in Star Pravah’s serial #TujhyakadeTulaMagne. She will portray Hirabai Dhale Patil, a formidable figure who has maintained her dominance over the post of sarpanch of Dhalgaon for the past fifteen years. For Hirabai, politics is not merely about running the village; it is a means of preserving her prestige and authority. Her ambition is to have plenty of money, social standing, and words that carry weight. On the surface, Hirabai speaks sweetly, but when the need arises, she does not hesitate to silence anyone with her distinctive Kolhapuri style. The words “Fantastic” and “Shirtant Talyat” are often heard from her. The roughness in her speech, the confidence in her manner, and her shrewd political manoeuvring will make Hirabai’s character especially striking.

Speaking about the role, Supriya Pathare said, “I am playing a politician for the first time. Hirabai is a very different character. I am really enjoying portraying her Kolhapuri flavour, her body language, and her determination to prove herself right in every situation. Although she speaks very sharply, there is cleverness in her words. She has the knack of effortlessly using both the theatrics needed to outsmart someone and the edge needed to keep them under her thumb.
